Whoever was working there when I went in was probably one of the rudest people I have encountered in awhile. Her demeanor was rude and she rushed us even though we were the only ones in the store at the time. She seemed annoyed that we were there to get donuts. The way she talked to myself and my daughter was uncalled for and really turned me off from returning. If I hadnt promise to bring donuts to my workplace, I wouldve walked out solely based on how we were treated.

The Donuts were not light and fluffy like normal. Seemed under cooked.

Donuts were amazing. Staff was horrible. We were the only people in the whole store and she was rushing us saying “hurry up” and was not helpful since it was our first time there. We are from out of town so had no clue about the selection and she wouldn’t tell us the flavor choices. (May 23rd @ 9:35am)

Jacks threatened to trespass a door dasher (a disabled veteran no less) for waiting to pick up an order in their parking lot. Avoid this place they seem to dislike veterans.
