Jacks threatened to trespass a door dasher (a disabled veteran no less) for waiting to pick up an order in their parking lot. Avoid this place they seem to dislike veterans.

This is what a donut shop should be. Prompt, polite customer service with a solid selection of exceptional donuts. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I got 2 coffees and 2 donuts. The donuts were fine, but the coffees were horrible. The first time we got them, they were thick from the amount of syrup the girl put in them- I counted when she made it, and she put 7 pumps of raspberry syrup in my medium drink. I didn’t catch her name, but it was the girl with blue hair. I like sweet coffee and I couldn’t hardly drink it. We went back in and politely asked her to remake them because they were way too sweet- we both felt like the girl hatefully remade them, only put one pump of each syrup in it, and hardly used any coffee. The second coffee tasted like milk, so we said that we were sorry and it just tasted like milk this time. So she grabbed the jug of coffee and put another ‘splash’ which did nothing, and said “this is as much as I can give you without giving you a minor heart attack.” We tried each others drinks since our both still did not taste like anything remotely close to what we ordered, and we couldn’t tell the difference between each others drink. I got the raspberry jelly donut, and he got the caramel nut roll- you should be able to tell the difference between those two drinks, but we couldn’t.
We both felt as though her customer service skills could use some work, as well as her barista skills. Very unfortunate experience, we will not be returning to this Jacks Donuts.

First time customer saw a sign in the window that says a free donut with a drink. I order one donut and a cup of coffee. The lady cashier said it was 4.65 I point to the sign and was told this drink didn't qualify. Bate and switch never works to keep customers

We’ve been having such a rough week and my 2 year old has been begging for a donut with “sparkles” all week. I finally took her this morning, and they treated her like royalty. I left in tears because sometimes just a little kindness can really give you hope. They were so kind and giving. We really really needed that so badly today. She left with me skipping out the door. There were two ladies working there and I wish I caught their names because they were just so kind.

We have been here several times since it opened and never had any issues but today when we went the kid working grossed me out so much I don't think we will be back. 1st off he wasn't even in the store when we got there and tried to hurry in the door before I walked in and was extremely rude, not even apologizing or anything, then just ran behind the counter to ask what I wanted withOUT washing his has or putting gloves on or anything!!! I told him nevermind because all I could think about is how the donuts were made if the employees don't even wash their hands before touching the donuts. I know its hard to come by workers right now but basic hygiene at a food establishment should be a MUST!

Always a good selection of donuts. Not the friendliest interaction from staff though.

Now I know how Superman felt when he faced Kryptonite, as donuts are my kryptonite. I couldn't say no until I ate them all, and the next day, I mysteriously did the same thing again, and they were beyond delicious. On day four, I thought counseling was needed. However, the day five relapse 1. demonstrated, 2. validated, and 3. substantiated my love for donuts.

Their policy is to cram a dozen of mixed donuts in a bag to save money. When we asked them not to do that, they charged us $1 for a box. I'll go to Pana from now on. They can keep their boxes and donuts.

Donuts are good if you get them early in the day.
