So much for freaky fast! This place always takes forever, and some how they gained the audacity to ask for tips. The bread feels like it's a few days past expired, and the ingredients are not distributed well at all. I usually love Jimmy Johns, but I'll pass on this location.

Double charged called and was told we would get a food credit and if we brought our receipt we would also get our money back. Not either or but both.
The woman that said she was the store manager said no. one of the other. Needless to say we won't be back to a place that refuses to back what they say . And lie to customers blatantly.

I had placed a mobile order and picked up in store.
I got home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich.
I called and they were so great about it, they offered to remake it and gave me a credit.
They didn’t have to do all of that but I really appreciated it!

The sandwich was nice and fresh when I got it home.

I love Jimmy John's but this particular franchise is the worst. They have somehow turned what my favorite sandwich is. The number nine into some sort of horrific mixture of whatever they have at hand. Go to any other. Jimmy John's and and get your food there. Not this one. And it smells like rotting garbage which is only to be witnessed and can't be conveyed in words.

Went to Jimmy John’s to get food for my family jalapeño ranch chicken wrap had absolutely no chicken in it and then my #2 sandwich had exactly two slices of meat. I’ve gotten these exact same orders on multiple occasions and never had this happen. Unfortunately didn’t realize what was wrong until I got it home. Extremely disappointed.

This is the biggest joke of a store ever. I rarely write reviews, but this store has deserved a low rating for a long time. Today’s experience finally made me write this. 8 people working in the store. Only 1 person was actually making sandwiches. No wonder my wait is consistently over 10 minutes. Today’s wait was 18 minutes to get two sandwiches. What a freaking joke for a deli???? What are you cooking that takes so long? This is always the case at this restaurant. Today my husband dropped me off to go inside to order since the drive thru was so backed up. He drove to Wendy’s to get food and came back and I was still waiting on lunch meat sandwiches to be assembled. I really enjoy the food which is why I continue to come back and HOPE that it’s not a complete waste of time (spoiler alert: always is). I hope management can figure out the issue here.

Side note: they did explain to customers in front of me that they were waiting on bread to cool before making sandwiches, but that sliced wheat and the little sandwiches were available now. So I ordered sliced wheat. And still took nearly 20min. Phew!

I used to be loyal to this location, but I've had enough with the incompetent workers. I ask for spicy peppers every time, and they NEVER give them to me. It's almost become a joke how bad the driverthru worker's are at following basic instructions
