I ordered double meat and extra cheese. The sandwich nearly no meat or cheese. Extremely disappointing.

I am literally 2 miles from the location and told me they do not deliver. I am not even a five minute drive from Jimmy John’s, its the east side of Franklin. Absolutely bullshit. I work construction and I’m stuck on the job site waiting on Concrete I thought it would be a good idea to try and order some food instead they will not deliver. What a joke!
This place is great, clean and great. BUT the one guy is a little confused. I got onions when there was no indication that onions would be added. They did fix it. :)

I ordered my food for delivery. 1st of all….. when my food was delivered, no one notified me. They just set the food by the door and ASSUMED I would know. It’s been sitting out there for about 30 minutes before I realized it. And my drink was wrong too. Kind of wish tipping after receiving service was an option….. do better.

So much for freaky fast! This place always takes forever, and some how they gained the audacity to ask for tips. The bread feels like it's a few days past expired, and the ingredients are not distributed well at all. I usually love Jimmy Johns, but I'll pass on this location.

Double charged called and was told we would get a food credit and if we brought our receipt we would also get our money back. Not either or but both.
The woman that said she was the store manager said no. one of the other. Needless to say we won't be back to a place that refuses to back what they say . And lie to customers blatantly.

I had placed a mobile order and picked up in store.
I got home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich.
I called and they were so great about it, they offered to remake it and gave me a credit.
They didn’t have to do all of that but I really appreciated it!
The sandwich was nice and fresh when I got it home.

I love Jimmy John's but this particular franchise is the worst. They have somehow turned what my favorite sandwich is. The number nine into some sort of horrific mixture of whatever they have at hand. Go to any other. Jimmy John's and and get your food there. Not this one. And it smells like rotting garbage which is only to be witnessed and can't be conveyed in words.
