My husband had a slight issue with some money orders that he bought for rent. One was shorted and he did not notice until our landlord called and said we were $45 short. I took my bank statements, the money order receipts and kroger receipt and the girl there (so sorry I was tired and forgot to get her name) was unable to fix it but handled the situation really well and advised me to come the next morning as there would be someone there that could fix it. Mind you I had gotten out of work late. Therefore, most of management was probably gone by then. The next morning I talked with a lady named Gill and she fixed the whole situation within less than five minutes. Thank you Gill for making this stress free. You truly are amazingš

This is about the third time I've been in there and they have sales hanging up that don't work at the register. This just happened last week and I took a picture of it and they honored it at the register; but I don't have time to stop and do their job this week so I paid an extra 79Ā¢ for their mistake.

Horrible customer service. Says they are a participating partner with Square services for small businesses to deposit cash revenue from their business. I went to the customer service desk and was immediately met with a miserable employee who shut me down immediately and didn't want to even both helping. asked for a manager who was too busy herself to even come down from her office and said no. Took my money to Walgreens down the street and they were 100% helpful, nice, and we figured it out immediately. Will be using them from here on out. 0/10 for krogers currently manager and customer service.

Honestly this has been my favorite Kroger's for a few years but this year the flies have really caught up with the produce and it is disgusting. Can there be no fly traps? Is this not a health hazard? There are flies all over the peaches and the pineapples and I'm over it š

They are smart enough to sort their vegan and vegetarian products separate from the rest, so itās a good store for me by default. Wish the one closer to us would follow suit. Thankfully itās not a long drive!

We found everything we were looking for when we went shopping today. But, like everywhere else the prices are high for groceries. The workers that we came into contact with were very nice and polite. Not to mention helpful
