I was in this store yesterday morning. At approximately 11:15 a.m., one of the employees starting using a VERY loud floor cleaner in the produce section. The noise was awful and very unpleasant. I left the store as quickly as I could. Please perform these maintenance activities before or after store hours.

Great place to shop?

Good Chicken.

This place has the single worst pharmacy. They refuse to hire more help so at any given time there’s 10-20 people in line waiting on 1 person to help.

Apple Maps and Google says this place closes at 11pm and we got here at 10 and they're "closed". Need to update hours.

A month ago, we did a grocery pickup and in our grocery pickup we had 2 big containers of three cheese tortellini... well the tortellini was moldy. Today my husband went in and grabbed 2 small containers of three cheese tortellini and 1 big container of it, the mold wasn't visible, but when I started sorting through the tortellini as a precaution, it was there. Why is the tortellini moldy when it says it doesn't expire until October?!? Also, August 1st we did a grocery pickup for cottage cheese, we had ordered two 16oz containers, and they expired the next day!!! The expiration date was August 2nd. Why would they give us something that expired the next day?

THANK YOU, FRANKLIN KROGER STORE.. Just had a wonderful experience at the Franklin Kroger store. Talk about customer service. It was the BEST. I ordered a particular kind of pie for tonight. Earlier in the week I was called with a possible delay of that pie but they would lef me know. Also when in the store the bakery woman showed me other pies that were new and made other suggestions. She KNEW her products for sure. Aslo at that time I asked for a certain kind of cheese but they weren't sure it was on their order form but would check. Yesterday I got a call that they FOUND THE ACTUAL cheese. and the pie truck was to be in late that night. This morn we picked up thsi wonderful pie and two pkgs of the chese. if they hadn't been diligent and kept looking for the cheese and let me know about the pie I would not have them tonight. THANK YOU, KROGER and to whomever in the cheese department and to Angela. Also to the young person who checked for me this morn. You are all a credit to your Kroger store. Thank you.

I called about my prescription. The pharmacist answered and I asked several questions pertaining to my prescriptions. She stated the rules regarding my medicine. I said "okay, I guess I will come and pick them up tomorrow then. She said "mhem" and I replied "Thank you for your help"..... then she hung up. Not very "friendly local kroger pharmacy" as they put it. I will be transferring my 6 prescriptions, because of her poor customer service. Honestly that's a nice way of putting how I was treated. This was the second rude encounter with this same pharmacist.

Tammy in the bakery department saved the day for us. The bakery we used for our sons 1st Bday miscommunicated and we weren't able to get our cake. With less than an hour noticed Tammy in the bakery department made a fantastic cake for us and customized it just how we asked. Thanks to her our son and guests have a cake.

Don't go to Kroger prescription drive thru. You can hear everyone personal information like 2/24/38 don Sheppard 10 21 39 for misses. $11.37cents. You can hear the girls or pharmacist talking about their pills and how to take. This is not private. Amber barmeter 7.8.84. People living on Graham road. I can't believe this is going on.

I'm shopping here less and less all the time. Lately they've been turning down the air conditioning in the middle of summer when it's 90 degrees out and it's often very uncomfortable. They're often out of items that are on sale. I'm often returning items that have gone bad before the expiration date or have been open. The employees who push the curbside pickup carts around are often reckless, sometimes rude- one of them mouthed off to my dad because he was moving too slow (he's 80 btw). Had I been there I very likely would have created a scene. Today is Saturday. We were there (briefly) to return a 1/2 gallon of milk that leaked all over the back of the car. It was hot inside as it usually is and the place looked deserted. We went to Walmart to do our usual volume of shopping. It was about 20 degrees cooler and much busier than Kroger. I imagine it was the same at Meijer. And now the Kroger employees are wearing shirts that say "We wear aprons, not capes". No kidding. Given the level of quality that the store has devolved to, I'm kind of surprised that they're not wearing bibs. I used to shop here almost exclusively, avoiding Walmart like the plague. More and more I'm going to Meijer and sometimes even Walmart. It's just becoming less and less worth the time and hassle to shop at Kroger.

I would give zero stars if I could. Several employees in the meat department today were not wearing masks, however, they kept packing raw meat. If an employee has a medical condition allowing that employee to not wear a mask, then that employee should not be allowed to have close contact with raw meat or other bulk foods. I wanted to buy something in the meat shop and from the fresh meat shelves, but seeing them without masks packing meat made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not buy anything in the meat department, except prepackaged frozen pot-stickers. I also observed several beverage "vendors" on the floor without masks and without keeping distance from each other. They were (disrespectfully) talking loudly, laughing, and having a good time. Wearing masks is a safety measure recommended by both the Indiana government and the CDC that every store should take seriously. At the self-checkout there are no established cleaning and sanitizing procedures after each customer. Employee was very surprised when I asked her to wipe the surface after the previous customer before I started scanning my groceries. Overall experience is VERY UNCLEAN AND UNSAFE STORE TO SHOP. This Kroger needs to go and check how the Franklin Walmart is handling the same procedures and safety measures.

I love the Franklin Kroger!!! Yes, 3 explanation points. They are so friendly and helpful. Even on a crazy busy Sunday before Thanksgiving afternoon. The employees just kept coming out of the back at the deli to service everyone, with smiles and thanking those of us they waited on. Just a great experience. Thank you so much for managing this grocery store with customer service as a priority. As a career retailer it does make a huge difference where I will spend my money.
