Currently sitting in the drive through being ignored by 5 separate employees while according to the app my food was ready 5 minutes ago. This place is a joke. Update went inside after waiting 10 minutes just to find out my food was ready the entire time and get argued with by an employee.

id givr it a 0 but that aint option. i did a mobile order, pulled up to the window to pickup, NO ONE came. they walked by the window. looked at me and kept walking. granted i still havent even been acknowledged still, so 10 mins go by, i went back around to ring the bell AGAIN so they could hear it AGAIN, the lady came to the window all rude, didnt say hi nothing. just “ what do you want” so i go to tell her that i had placed an order online, so then shuts the window door, goes gets it, i asked if i could add breadsticks, so she said “5.94” i gave her $6, SHE DIDNT GIVE ME MY CHANGE granted it was .6 but thats not the point, she takes another 10 mins to come back with my breadsticks, i take them. DOESNT SAY BYE. SHUTS THE WINDOW DOOR! like dont take your crappy day out in me!

Been sitting at the drive thru for a good few minutes. I honked no response. Then I saw a worker there and they saw me as well; They just starred. I usually don’t have issues with this Little Cesars. But that is had me annoyed. Absolutely no reason for whoever is working to not show up to the window. Not to mention they served a person that was in front of me beforehand.

Tried to use 2 gift cards I got from a family member and the guy at the register wouldn’t even attempt to use them. He just kept repeating the total. That interaction is enough for me to drive 30 minutes to the next closest little Caesar’s 🫡
