The surface at those location is subpar! I went through the drive-thru, and I was bypassed 3 times while they took orders from 3 different cars in the other lane. After putting me on hold. This is the second time that this has happened to me at this exact location. After speaking with the manager, this time, this manager slammed the window and told me, have a nice day sarcastically. The first time this happened to me, the uh person taking the orders, bypassed me 3 times, and so I went to her window. She refused to accept that she was wrong. And told me I needed to go back around through the drive thru because I didn't, uh give her my order. I said, I have a prepaid. I did it on the app. She said, well, you have to go back around. I'm not going back around Well, I clogged up their driveway for 20 minutes until I got my order not trying to be a so-and-so, but I was late for work. Because of them.

The workers here might genuinely be some of the most incompetent people I've ever met in my life. If you decide to stop by this McDonald's, good luck!

The worst McDonald's around, no self service fountain, no table service even with table locator. The loud mouth calling out orders is super annoying. Last time eating at this location.

Was in drive thru lane waited twenty minutes to place an order and then the people didn't rotate drive thru ordering.

Went thru drive thru, received cold fries and only about a half order if that. My cheeseburger had been sitting awhile as the bun was so soggy and soaked thru with the condiments it wasnât edible. We were given the wrong tea and my kid didnât receive his apples in his happy meal. When we pulled up to the pay window, we had a mobile order, we sat there for a couple minutes and the girl opened the window enough to say âyouâre goodâ and close it. The food window didnât say anything just handed us our items. This place is a joke every time we go there. They need to reevaluate their entire crew and get some people that want to work.

The staff acts super busy while the store is mostly empty wouldnât check on the order fairly rude and impatient with customers and got the order wrong order 2 cheeseburgers and one of them had no cheeseâŠ.. did not ask for it to be that wayâŠ
