I wish I could give it zero stars, what in the world is going on here?????? Why y'all always give people the wrong order??? Every single damn time. Can you just pay attention and serve what was ordered for real???? I think this place needs a brain check for all its workers on all shifts. This is insane 😳.

I was asked to pull up to a spot from the drive thru, had to go inside in order to get my food, then when I got home I did not have all of my food. When I called to ask for a refund for the food I did not receive I was told they could not refund me despite already being able to get my order. I have had multiple negative experiences in this particular McDonald’s, as have MANY members of our community and the fact that it still has not changed is baffling and reflects poorly on the Franchisees

Indoor music way too loud. Asked to turn it down, but they said they were too busy to turn it down

Everytime I go at night their system is magically not available or they can “only take door dash” it’s getting old.

A young lady was helping me today, before I jump into this yes I understand the food service industry is chaotic especially when items on the menu are no longer available but my biggest concern was the leadership as well as the young lady who should be getting trained properly

I was charged $11 for an order of biscuits and gravy and a coke. That doesn't seem right. I look at the website and an order of biscuits and gravy is like $4:30 and a coke is $1.30. That doesn't add up to $11. I called the store and no one answered and no one called me back. I just got ripped off for $5.

Worst McDonalds design I’ve ever seen in America. Utterly lifeless and depressing, maybe to match emotionally with how it feels to be an employee here working under McDonald’s corporate.

Went to this restaurant today, stood in line for about 10 minutes, finally asked someone if they was going to take our order at the register, he rudely said not right now, we left and went to White Castle next door, and had a person at the counter to wait on us, I can see why you only have a 3 rating with your service and employees attitudes
You have to order from the kiosk, no one even on the front line. Never talked to a person the whole time. The building is freezing in the dining room. They removed the fountain machine, all the condiments and everything in the dining room and made a hallway where it used to be for a third drive through window. Feels like a box in here.

Checked out on the kiosk. It said "pay here and to go only" ok.... however in the 15 mins I waited, an elderly man walked out. When my food came, I tried to get her attention. (Short chubby girl, black hair maybe in her 30s-40s.) I asked her if theyre at all taking orders up front. She looked me dead in the eye and turned around. I asked again, she said "sorry sir but I'm bagging orders up over here, give me a min" I says "it's a yes or no question." She repeated herself, i repeated myself; emphasizing that I already got my food and another customer walked out. Finally I got my yes or no answer (she said yes) I said ty and walked out.
She needs to be fired. Period. Never had an argument with fast food workers before. Absolutely wild.
Also these freaks were in there. Good thing I didn't bring my kids!
Fries are hands down always and customers are always #1, so stop in and see us at the Franklin, Indiana McDonald's on US 31.
