Me and my friends got kicked out for grabbing the wrong order. We were offered no explanation the worker simple stated, “You guys have to leave.” Even though we had already returned the order with nothing touched with in the order and we even apologized. I strongly advise staying away from this location since we got kicked out for no reason without our food.

Got kicked out because my mom paid on mobile then after she paid on mobile at home me and my buddies walked down there to go get it. As we walk in we see a big bag sitting their us 3 13 years olds thinking well that must be ours. No number on bag just a plain big McDonald’s bag. So we grab it go sit down and open it thinking it’s ours. As we open we see food items that we did not order so we were going to return it back to the counter a employee comes in and says that we have to leave with no explanation

I wanted to say that Christopher is probably one of the sweetest fast food workers ive ever dealt with he was very understanding and super helpful especially with all the attitudes and hollering coming from everyone in the back which is understandable with the rush but he didnt take it out on the customers or talk with an attitude i really hope he gets all the kindness in the world and he is definitely someone who deserves a raise . youre amazing Christopher .
Absolutely disgusting behavior from the girl that took my order. She has an extremely bad attitude. They forgot some of my food and when I went back claimed I didn’t order it even though it was on my receipt. French fries was cold and old and so was the nuggets.

I had to start announcing the orders set out for other customers because the workers would not. I worked for about half an hour while waiting for my own food (which came without any of the sauces, but oh well) and served a number of families.

I ordered a 10 pc Nugget meal and someone doesn't know how to count because I only received 9 nuggets. To top it off, they forgot the dipping sauce. Better luck next time.

Came through drive thru with another person so we had separate orders. I said the code for my free happy meal and still got charged for it. I ordered a 5 dollar value meal. I got 3 nuggets instead of 4. My monopoly code would not work for some reason. Person with me ordered free 10 piece with 2 dollar purchase. Only received the small fries. No sauce for any nuggets. Just a bad experience. 😔

This location is okay. Depends on the day and staff. Seems like they hired some young folks that don’t act like they care. The service isn’t the greatest.

The surface at those location is subpar! I went through the drive-thru, and I was bypassed 3 times while they took orders from 3 different cars in the other lane. After putting me on hold. This is the second time that this has happened to me at this exact location. After speaking with the manager, this time, this manager slammed the window and told me, have a nice day sarcastically. The first time this happened to me, the uh person taking the orders, bypassed me 3 times, and so I went to her window. She refused to accept that she was wrong. And told me I needed to go back around through the drive thru because I didn't, uh give her my order. I said, I have a prepaid. I did it on the app. She said, well, you have to go back around. I'm not going back around Well, I clogged up their driveway for 20 minutes until I got my order not trying to be a so-and-so, but I was late for work. Because of them.
