A young lady was helping me today, before I jump into this yes I understand the food service industry is chaotic especially when items on the menu are no longer available but my biggest concern was the leadership as well as the young lady who should be getting trained properly

When I went the front window, try to get a happy meal with Mc flurry the lady says you can’t do that with a happy meal and then she says the ice cream machine is broken. Why even add that part to the first three stars.
