Went in after making drive from Florida waiting for a phone call about 3 in the afternoon going to get ice cream cone girl said it was a $1.79 said the sign said $1 manager said no it’s &1.79 I said then you need to take sign down he said all the signs were removed. I told him the sign on the door said & $1 and that it was false advertising. He then completely ignored me. So good thing other businesses are going in they had the area to there self for too long.

How the hell you going to say your 24 hours when you close at 3am? you accept my order and then when I get there oh your suddenly closed? If you’re going to close at a certain time then you should say that. Your falsely advertising to your night shift workers that your open 24hrs when you actually close at 3am and then reopen at a later time… bad business.

Late night/early morning stop here. At 2:am, the payment gal seemed a bit frazzled, perhaps...not so friendly, maybe tired? Yet, the second window, the food gal, more than made up for it. Very nice, friendly. With a weekend cookie promotion, she said they had the cookies I was buying, but if I had a few minutes she would make fresh. Very much appreciated. All in all, it was a nice McDonalds. No complaints. Clean.

Dirty location. Rude employees. Cussing at customers? Ordered a coffee was told they don’t have any but moments later they served a hot coffee so I asked to get a latte instead she says yes. About 10-15 minutes of waiting and everyone ordering ahead and behind us leaving with food and all we got was a coffee I asked for a refund and got cussed out by a older lady because she was “making it”. Just a nasty location with nasty attitudes. Pretty sure it was the manager who gave me the refund she was overly rude told me that they are hiring since we have complaints that we should come back and help? Smh do better

Had a great experience at the McDonald’s on King Street in Franklin. I used the app to redeem a hash brown and asked at the drive-thru if apple slices could be substituted. Even though it wasn’t something they were able to do officially, the staff was super kind and helpful. I left happy and really appreciated the great customer service. Thanks for making my morning!
