Noble Roman's Craft Pizza and Pub

Ordered a Greek salad w xtra Italian and breadsticks w extra cheese. Got xtra 1000 island and no xtra cheese that I paid for. 1000 island on GREEK salad? Gross. Manager no help when I called. �

We took our son there for his 5th birthday, had breadsticks, deep dish pizza, and two personal pizzas. The staff made a bonehead move, then more than made up for it as we were walking out. One of their team members chased us down in the parking lot with two cookies for my children and completely turned our experience around. My son’s favorite moment of his day was the man that brought out a cookie for him for his birthday and had one for his sister so he didn’t have to share.

After a very civil disagreement between us and an employee That gesture by their teammate, will have us returning. Without the thoughtfulness of a birthday cookie for my son and his sister; I don’t think we would ever have returned. I personally want to thank them for changing our minds on the experience we had tonight.

The food was excellent and well prepared. The pizza Looks like a picture from a food magazine the bread sticks were phenomenal. The price is what you’d expect for high-end pizza place but I look forward to eating there again.

Went in the other night, And sure had a unique experience, We were in line to place our order and out of nowhere a very angry looking guy covered in tattoos, came around the counter cussing and yelling at what appeared to be the manager, He preceded to storm out of the building ,We figured he had left, but he came back in, and went back at the manager, threatening him, Cussing more and flipping him off. The manager finally got him to leave, My wife and I left without ordering as other people were leaving also, looking confused and scared. I felt bad for him, but he handled the situation very professionally and apologized and assured us as we were leaving that the guy would not be coming back.We come here all the time, We love this location, It's always on point So hopefully it's just an isolated event, and they can remedy the problem.

Just ordered here for the first time. I ordered online and came in to grab my pizza. There was literally no one inside eating and I stood at the front desk while 3 people walked by me like I wasn’t there not even acknowledging me. I understand if you have something more important to do than deal with a customer that’s waiting but you say “I’ll be with you in a minute” or something not just ignore the person. Then I said I’m here to pick up my order and the lady just says “it’s probably up front” and acted as if I should know that when I have never been there before. The pizza and breadsticks were not bad but a little pricey. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning solely because the employees rubbed me the wrong way. Not only do you not know how to do customer service but you don’t even know how to just be a decent person. I don’t know how they have made it this long. People must like over paying for pizza and having people be rude to you

We have been coming here for months and have always had a great experience and the food is good. The last time we came we had to wait an hour before getting our pizza and I had to find out that they didn’t know how to make the pizza for the XL pizzas and the oven wasn’t working the best so they had to call the guy in on his only day off to make our pizza. I will tell you he went above and beyond and was fantastic and made the best darn pizza we have ever had! They made the wrongs right and we will still return!
