Noodles and Company

Came here for dinner and was very disappointed. The food wasn't that great, and I don't understand why it is so much just to add protein. One of the cooks had long hair, and it was just waving everywhere and wasn't tied up or in a cap.

Clean, great meal, amazing staff. We had our baby with us and they were very accommodating, friendly and checked on us several times. We visit often for our older kids’ basketball tournaments- we will be back!

My visit was a first time experience for me and I was pleasantly surprised. It is certainly not fancy but more of a fast food vibe. The food was great and the service matched that. I will definitely visit again.

Placed an order online, picked it up and 45 minutes later when I got home I realized half my order was missing.

Food was delicious! And whoever was working and packing orders for delivery on Monday, October 7th around 6:30 pm was so incredibly nice. They were out of an item I wanted, and this person called and offered me other suggestions for replacement. When I mentioned I had an allergy, this person was quick to ask more about it to ensure I got food that was safe for me. Thanks for a great meal and great customer service!

One of the best places to eat in all of Franklin!! We are so fortunate to have this place. Friendliest service, amazing food, great variety, super clean, modern, fast and delicious. Dining in here is a treat! It’s beyond good!! I am so impressed after eating here how big their menu is and they have so many wonderful side options for kids meals like broccoli and a crispy treat. Food comes out quickly and the portions are the perfect size. We had the nicest service from the staff and my family of 5 left with huge smiles on our faces. They have one of those 100 flavor soda machines, high chairs for littles, high top tables and regular tables and chopsticks and soy sauce if you order Asian noodles. I ordered the Korean noodles and they were so yummy, 10/10 and my husband tried the pesto noodles which I will also give 10/10! We were so full and this place is so kid friendly, clean, exceptional and welcoming to families. Juice boxes and milk for kids meals and the creamiest Mac n cheese!! We can’t wait to come back, it’s our new spot!! I recommend them to everyone. Very good vibes.

I've grabbed lunch here multiple times and it has consistently been fresh, hot and tasty. Most of the time I have leftovers, too. Very nice and courteous staff.
