this place sucked we ordered dinner and did specials there was no toppings really we had gotten mushroom and pepperoni on one and there was 10 pepperonis total barely any mushrooms then had a meat lovers and you couldn't even tell anything was on it besides cheese the cheesy bread was basically just bread there wasn't barely any cheese at all . i would not recommend this pizza place at all im going back to jacks pizza .

Ordered a 5 topping but only wanted 4 toppings ended up only getting 2 toppings for a large $30 pizza. I called about it and they said the receipt only showed 2 toppings. Probably won’t order here again.

They delivered our food to a house next door. They just put it on the porch. Our neighbor tried to tell them it was thaw wrong house. Our house has an apartment in the back. Our neighbor told my grandson where it was. I called the store. The person I spoke to was very rude. I tried to explain that to was not delivered to the correct house. Then hung up on me. They deserve no stars.

I just had a small bacon and tomato pizza with extra sauce and it was amazing. Best pizza I have ever had in my life. It was better than perfect and from the time I ordered it till the time it got here was only 16 minutes. That was crazy fast. Thank you Papa John's!

If anyone knows how to get ahold of the owners I would appreciate the info on the papa John’s here in Franklin please, I spent $109 on dinner and the driver Erica Beers is the worst in customer service and attitude just got a follow up call from supposedly the GM and she was just as rude I spend that much I expect to have good service that whole store needs replaced that’s why I am trying to get in touch with the owners I was refused names and these people don’t know I used to run stores and never had complaints in csc please pass the word on go to dominos Sarah will take care of you and knows how to take care of people

To Start off with my pizza was Lukewarm at best i ordered the big Papa pizza which is supposed to be an extra large. By the way, it's not an extra large. It's just a large cut into smaller pieces Pizza with bread sticks and 3 cheeses somehow came out to 37 dollars I asked Why did the pizza come out ten dollars more than what I was Originally told she said due to taxes and a five dollar tip She said pizza would be here in 25 to 35 minutes so 45 minutes later My pizza shows up lukewand the Delivery driver hands me the receipt I sign it hand it back and he literally looks at me and says are you Going to tip so i give him 5 more bucks! A BIG WASTE OF 42 DOLLARS AND I WILL NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN Lesson learned
