Was there to pick up a Door Dash order 11 November 5:45pm and nobody was in the restaurant. Finally after 10 minutes someone got to the drive thru and they came from somewhere in the back. Terrible employees and should be fired

#1 customer service award goes to Missy. My grandson had never tried Rallys fries ( which I think are THE BEST) . He now agrees ,gives the fries and chicken bites a 10 out of 10. We were walk up customers and Missy was so nice. The drive up was very busy and they were understaffed but she was calm and nice to them all. ( Saturday Sept 18 2021 and 3pm)

This rally's is really quick & the employees are wonderful. Even when showing up at opening time, food still comes quickly. I've never had any issues with this location.

I was very pleased with the cashier, he was very pleasant and cheerful, and made sure my ordered was checked for accuracy. The food was hot and delicious especially the seasoned french fries. The Chicken was ok although it was a tad undercooked for my liking but what I could eat

Not a big Rally's fan but if they had one of the nicest ladies I ever met at the window she made the visit worthwhile the food was well it's rallies

Another horrible experience. Nasty coke and no fries $12 for 2 sandwiches and 1 was a meal the other was the cheap spicy chicken.
Nice establishment, drive thru, window personnel very friendly, hot fish sandwiches, love their Fry's! Are at outside seating!

Every other time I've been there the employees act like I personally ruined their lives. No other fast food joint in Franklin has so many depressed, angry, or apathetic employees. The food tastes pretty decent, but it's not good enough to make talking to those people worthwhile. Also, 100% those hotdogs will give you diarrhea (they taste great tho). The employees make this place terrible, but they earn the second star because the baconzilla is phenomenal.

My boyfriend ordered me BONELESS wings and they even asked him at the window if he wanted boneless or regular and he said boneless AGAIN. I think it’s ridiculous that they double checked and still messed it up. Usually I wouldn’t make a huge deal and make a post but I’m pregnant and he had to drive all the way back because I was devastated when I opened the box.
