Horrible service the waitress kali yelled at us and cursed at us with my son present he wanted pizza for his birthday and we decided to go try Richard’s never again pizza was upsetting full of toppings and wet and soggy the owners are not any better if you go to try to contact the owners they lie and say she don’t work there and be rude and hang up this place is a poor brick oven pizza shop
I would typically recommend good places, but people skills need to be worked on here. If an order is not made correctly, it is not the customers fault. Therefore when saying its coming out of kay/kali pocket. That isnt the customer problem. It is the kitchens. Soda was terrible, way too much syrup. Today we went here to eat, they were very busy and under staffed. everyone was trying their best to do what they could. Our food took a long time to come out and one of our meals was cold. They were so apologetic and comped our whole meal which we were not expecting. The food was fantastic and the employees were great! We will be back. I will recommend this place to other people.
