Took a while to get seated when there was a ton of open tables. No service at all, multiple people who came in after us were served and we were ignored. Atmosphere looked good and so did the food.

Richard’s Brick Oven is a Franklin and Indiana staple of how a brick oven pizza place should be. Coming from a vast traveling background and eating at a lot of places in the country this place does it right! They have beer and pizza to the tee, the service is amazing and they make sure to take care of their people. Eating here is like eating at your friends family owned restaurant. The staff is friendly, humble and most of all just normal people like you and I. Amazing place and amazing pizza I gladly drive 20+ minutes to here for dinner with my family and enjoy it every time. I hope that this place stay open for a century or more and they have the potential to expand due to doing something so simple so right. OneLove

Awesome service, nice place, and the restaurant was full, but not crowded or overwhelming. I only gave this place 4 stars because the pizza was okay. Our table got 2 different pizzas and both were floppy and wet towards the center. It's a bit of a let down because it looks good when the pizza gets to the table. But the salads and garlic pinwheels were great, gotta give this place another try soon.

Excellent pizza exactly like it should be. Chicken Gorgonzola was crazy good. Ambience is minimal but it doesn't matter when you have a brick over in the room.
