Got to be the slowest service in the state. 20 min. For a sundae with only 1 other person in line.....DQ from now on

Quick service, great rotating selection, and delicious custard. This is my favorite summer treat spot!
Good.....but super slow
The wait was quite long for as many people as there were in front of us. We had the frozen custard for the first time and it was melting and almost soupy when we got it, not like frozen custard should be. Not impressed and not worth the price. Will not be back.
Who can beat Ritters? I haven't found anyone...

Always delicious and creamy and I just wish that watermelon Italian ice was on the menu more often
