Been there once! They have great coffee drinks! I usually make coffee at home, but didn't that day and bought some. I highly recommend it! They have a lot of variety, it was hard to choose!

Worst, most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen. I witnessed the manager being really unprofessional as well. I’ll never visit this place again. The only reason they get one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. Save yourself some time and energy and go elsewhere.

They we're so nice, they even gave my dog a pup cup with a little dog treat in it. Also my strawberry banana smoothie was amazing
My one and only complaint is that they will still add whip cream (randomly, out of habit?) even when explicitly requested not to do so… Since my first visit ever, I order the same thing, every time, the exact same way: Oreo Blender, with espresso, no whip — the only difference is now the size (XL).

We switched from Starbucks to Scooters about a year ago and it's been getting more and more disappointing. We always order our drinks through the app and every now and then we order at the drive thru. I ALWAYS ask for NO whipped cream on my order and eight or nine times out of ten visits they give me my order with whipped cream. Whipped cream is absolutely disgusting and I hate it. I don't want it touching my drink and I don't want it scooped off when they realize they messed my order up. I'm also fairly anti social and don't enjoy all the small talk they try to have with you at the window. Not everybody is comfortable with small talk while waiting for their order. Do better or it's time to start giving our money back to Starbucks.
