This is the worst starbucks in all of Indiana . They have no customer service skills and look upset when you try to order. When you first walk through the door they do not even acknowledge you with a simple hello or welcome in. Very very poorly run Starbucks and the staff here is so rude and inefficient and lacking customer service skills.

We will choose to never get coffee here in the future. Scooters has service that is leaps and bounds beyond this Starbucks. Sadly brought my mother and fiancé here and attempted to order. We were initially met with a welcome and were then followed up by what was a girl trying to give an attempt at a raspy voice with individuals laughing in the background for what may have been a whole minute. I asked if this was serious and believe someone else came on and was asking what we would like. We received no apology and chose not to order and move on. Very disappointing.

Came inside for a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it was understaffed, and i had to wait a very long time. I would recommend using the drive-thru.
Been 4 times and my drink is never correct always different that's how u know these workers are not trained properly waste of money
