I absolutely love this location. It is my favorite; I even make it a point to go out of my way just to drive to this Starbucks. I love Franklin and the area it’s in. The service is always great. I’ve never had an issue with my coffees in fact I think they make them better than any other Starbucks. The barista’s are always so nice and friendly. The wait isn’t long at all even with a long line. Just overall a great Starbucks!

Not only are the workers lazy, but have no decency to be a nice people. My order is made incorrectly every single time I come here. Spoke with some of my friends, same thing. For the drinks to be so expensive in the first place adding extra toppings and additives for them to not be in the drink is ridiculous. I’m tired of reaching out and dealing with this. No other location has an issue making my drink or being kind. This location sucks and might as well shut down since the workers and managers don’t understand a job is a job. Don’t complain and take out your laziness on everyone else who’s paying for you to work.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is always very welcoming and great at remembering names and orders even. I had one staff remember to tell me happy birthday several days after it had passed! My drink always comes out fantastic here and they have the tiny little round ice cubes.

On the road and this was right off I-65 so very convenient. The outside looks new and well maintained. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The employees were working very hard to fill the orders and apologized I had to wait for mine, but it wasn't that long at all. They had great customer service and my order was made as requested. I would stop by again when in the area.

The bathrooms? Do not use the blow feature on the sinks unless you want a face full of soapy water. There are zero paper towels either so you either do that or you just have wet hands.

Came through drive through for breakfast. They had no breakfast or lunch whatsoever. No protein boxes. No warmed food. No sign outside. No changes to the drive through menu. Waited in drive through for 20 min while they served cars before me before I could get out.

Inconsistent drinks and super slow. Been stuck in the drive thru for 20+ minutes on more than one occasion. Currently been stuck in drive thru for online order long enough that people in multiple cars have gotten out and switched drivers and dealt with things in their back seat. 20+ minutes in a drive thru you can’t exit is crazy! This would have been a great time to turn off online ordering since it’s already been paid for and just setting there waiting to be picked up.

My Sister and myself went through the drive though to get her a Hot Drink. Ordered a White Chicolate Mocha for the long drive home. Drink was made incorrectly they made it iced. I told the young lady at the drive through it no big deal I will pay for that one and keep it and they can make the one we ordered. Which mind you we had already paid for. I took the drink and then she asked us to have it back for a minute to label it. The Manager then processed to dump out the drink out in the sink in a very rude manor. Don't quite understand I was willing to pay for there mistake. We waited on our original drink. Then ask for the manager the one that dumped the drink to come to the window. Where we had asked her why she had dumped it we were willing to pay for the mistake. She said it wasn't my mistake we said that's beside the point you wasted it we were willing to pay for it. She also had said she didn't hear us say we would pay for it. She was not the one at the window. I feel bad for her employees and her customers. Do better.

We always look forward to having a fresh americano coffee.... Have to say both my husband and I were very disappointed in the water down tasteless coffee from starbucks. The young staff were pleasant.. the bathrooms were dirty and w/o toilet paper...both rolls empty.. not checked on for cleanliness. Maybe instead of being focused on gender friendly.You should be focused on.Is your facility clean and are you putting out a good product

I came in here today to see if the new Snoopy cups had launched for Starbucks. A friend of mine has said that they launch today but the employee inside. Let me know that it was tomorrow. She was so sweet and kind. I am excited tomorrow to see what they have for Snoopy. Although I did not purchase anything here, they were very kind and helped me out. Thank you so very much.
