I hate when they EXPECT A RIP
Let me tell you about working at Starbucks, 1st of all, the hourly wage is NOT a servers wage of less than $3/hr. It's closer to $12_15. They get so many perks including free coffee, and free food. Tips are for ppm that earn $2.42/hr. and take my order, bring it to me, then clean up after me, not for someone taking my order, then handing me a coffee at the drive thru!
And the coffees here, they all taste the same.

Typically my go to location but past two times I feel like I’ve been paying for ice and a splash of a drink. :( this is my drink after my 8 min drive. Couple drinks and pretty much gone.

Traveling thru on our way home, I put in a mobile order for 2 grande coffees to pick up inside. Drove up and found the door locked. 20 minutes later, going thru the drive thru, we get our lukewarm coffees, even asking that they be poured hot. Very disappointed that when ordering, there wasn't a notification saying drive thru only and then when we finally got our coffee, they wouldn't pour us a fresh, hot coffee. We travel this way frequently and have stopped here several times. But, we will choose a different store from now on.

The drive through was fast. The girl at the window was cheery and helpful. The person who made the latte needs some lessons, it tasted horrible. $5&change down the drain.

Went through the drive-thru today and the staff was fantastic. The service was quick and our drinks are really good! They were having some issues with their system after we had ordered and graciously comped our order when we were unable to use our starbucks app to pay.

Dietary restrictions: Large selection of non-dairy milk as well as vegetarian hot breakfast options.

Franklin Starbucks review:

3 BIG issues:

1.) Wrong order: I ordered Iced White Mocha Latte, with Almond Milk (dairy allergy). They gave me hot when I ordered iced. It’s 90 degrees outside, I really needed it iced.

2,) Wrong order 2 times in a row… I needed ALMOND MILK due to allergy to dairy. Need label showing they used ALMOND MILK, NOT DAIRY, because I stop breathing with dairy products. They acted like making a replacement drink is more of a hardship than me having a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION.
It’s a NO BRAINER to just fix the order right?? But they very reluctantly corrected the order!

3.) Poor Customer Service!! They got my order wrong twice and manager was rude about replacing my drink. It’s better to replace the drink, so customer KNOWS it’s made right, and NO ALLERGIC reactions.

I wouldn’t have left a review if the manager would’ve been decent, but I didn’t like her BAD ATTITUDE AND ANGER. She acted like I’m the “bad guy” for wanting my order to be remade with almond milk and labeled as such. I just want to ENJOY MY DRINK, not worry about whether I’m going to have an allergic reaction.

I think this manager’s attitude puts undo pressure on employees, which trickles down into everything they do.

Starbucks is supposed to be my once a week treat to myself, but it was a bad experience! I will drive out of my way to Greenwood or Columbus if I want Starbucks again. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS. Maybe I’ll switch to Love’s Truck stop coffee, I hear it’s amazing and less than $3 for a large cappuccino.

Stopped in while traveling. They were very attentive to my dietary restrictions and I REALLY appreciated it!

Staff was knowledgeable and/or willing to check which products contain gluten so I could safely enjoy my break from driving.

Nice, peaceful dining area & clean restrooms too!

So this is more of a mobile order complaint than a positive review. When I order oatmeal, I expect to get everything included, not just the oatmeal. Additionally, not only did the lady get my order mixed up by not looking at the label that has my name on it, the additional minutes added to my commute
