I’m sticking to the floor and I don’t even have my burger yet. Bathroom faucet has a tiny stream of water coming out that sprays up in your face when you try to wash your hands. I think I’m still sticking to the floor. Even in the bathroom.

We had a group of five teenagers with us. All the food was ordered and eaten in a relatively short time. The reason I did four instead of five stars is they still don't have a waitress, just a touch screen.

kacie is the most vivacious, enthusiastic, and likeable person in the drive through. so much fun!!!!
I hate the fact that everything has gone to computers and automation. You only get one refill on a small drink because you have to scan your ticket and it only scans twice.

I’m shocked by all the bad reviews. I’ve recently become a regular here and every single time my order is correct, comes out quickly, my food is all fresh warm and delicious, and the employees are all incredibly friendly. Today I had my dog with me so they offered me a pup cup, I told them my dog doesn’t like whip cream, and they gave me 3 slices of bacon for him instead. For free. And asked me to please bring him back through some time. So I really don’t get all the hate - this is the best Steak ‘n Shake around by far in my opinion🤷♀️

I've been so disappointed with food delivery lately but Franklin Steak n Shake stepped up! Great portion sizes, hot and fresh. Thank you to the cook and whoever dished up my chili 5 way with no onions and a medium fry. Awesome job guys!
