So literally just came from here, not even 10 minutes ago. Fries are completely cold. Ask for extra oyster crackers in my bag. Because I ordered 2 chilies puts 2 in there and tells me. Oh I put extra. Call them about 5 to 6 × 2 see if I can get in touch with them. Drove past the facility. No one's there. And they're playing on their phones and just listening to the phone ring beyond crazy if this is who you're having work for your company, I would look for better management

Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered a triple steak burger completely plain, no cheese. Got home and discovered the cook took cheese off a burger that was already made instead of making it to order, leaving some cheese all over the patties. Tried to call the restaurant and no one would answer. Definitely won't be going back.

The guy(manager)in all black was not wearing gloves handling people's food for the whole 10 mins I stood waiting for my food. Not to mention my food sat back under the warmer for 10 mins while I was waiting. I said something when he handed me my food and all he says is have a good night while he walked away. Horrible customer service as a manger! Got home and my daughter finds a hair matted in her fries. I will never go back to this location!!!! Disgusting.

Sinne they switched to kiosk services this location had become nasty. Floors compleatly sticky and covered in debris, booths and tables were filthy, and bathrooms looked just as bad. Food is very hit and miss. Didn't speak to a single staff member while I was there.

I rarely make reviews, but my order from tonight was actually disgusting. All of my food was lukewarm, and my take out order had the wrong items in it. If this was all, I wouldn't be writing a review. The worst part is that several of the food my family ate was actively rotten. The milkshakes were soured, the tea tasted like it was contaminated, and the chicken was expired and practically raw.
When I pulled up to the drive through, the employees were smoking at the backdoor in a big group instead of keeping their food and restaurant sanitary and safe. The people managing this restaurant ought to be ashamed.
I strongly advise that you don't waste your time spending your money here. Needless to say I'm never going back.
