What service? You can only order from a kiosk and then they have the audacity to ask for a tip! Don't know if they ask for a tip at drive through.

We ordered through the steak and shake app, and from there the app sent the order to DoorDash to have it delivered. Their DoorDash food rack is right up front and anybody can take from it so, surprise surprise, our order got (probably) stolen. We showed up the the stake and shake to get our order remade or refunded but they said “they’re not allowed to remake or refund”. (I work at Chick-fil-A and we do it all the time). The employees were as nice as they could be given the situation. But we ended up leaving empty handed. Both us and our door-dasher were baffled. It doesn’t help that one of the employees had their earbud in.

The Columbus, Indiana restaurant will serve you old food for fresh or they run out of the noodles for chili always running out of food and if they offer you a free meal for you inconvenience they will not honor it. The Franklin, Indiana restaurant leaves you setting at the driveup window while they're inside taking a break for up to 20 minutes.

Go here for burgers or for the shakes. There are no longer any waiters and you have to order at a kiosk. If I wanted to use a kiosk I'd order online for pickup. The place is dirty on the inside and the tea has no lids. The floors are also really sticky for some reason.

15 minutes in the drive through, cold fries and cold sandwich and the wrong condiments so all in all $9.50 for a large Coke, shameful I couldn’t even swallow the one bite I took ??

Surprised we didn't have to cook the food ourselves. No one wants to dine in a restaurant with no servers. The food tasted fine, but the quantity of the chili 5-way left a lot to be desired. Paying more for less food and service sadly seems to be the norm these days. Sad to see that steak and shake has succomed to this awful trend.
