The older lady that works here is so unfriendly! This is not the first time, which is why I am writing a review. I wonder if she is offended that I use coupons? She speaks, I heard her speak to other people. I told her thank you and she said nothing, then I told her to have a great night and she also said nothing. I was in here with my son last week, and she was the same unfriendly way that she was today. I stood at the counter when I first arrived. The gentleman made what seemed to be online sandwiches. No one even acknowledged that I was there. Customers like friendly people! Especially small town franchise businesses. The subway off of 65 is way friendlier and has the same quality of food.After reading other reviews, I’m changing my rating. Apparently having an attitude over coupons is a common here. Rude people.

Terrible communication. They barely spoke English. The person I assume was the manager was very abrasive. Food wasn't fresh either. Worst Subway sandwich and experience I've ever had.

Stay far and clear from this place, never make your sandwich correctly even when it's right in front on you. I had to say more of the sides three times. They speak in there language as you are checking out. They try there best for you to not use a coupon. Never will be back.

Was given tuna salad instead of my mobile order of turkey and ham. I get sick if i eat tuna. I get it, it happens but no apologies or anything was said. Late to work because of the 2nd trip I had to make. Extremely disappointed in manager who I felt with.

Two very disrespectful employees, after assuming I ordered something on their menu that I never even said I wanted, I was wanting to build my own sandwich and when my fiancé said something about it they tried saying I said something I didn’t say, and started arguing amongst themselves over one freaking sandwich, they misunderstood me, never again will I come back to this store. They didn’t even try to be respectful at all, started raising their voice for asking a simple question.do not recommend this place, triple zero star rating ! Never have I seen such terrible customer service in my life!

This is the best Subway in the Greenwood, Franklin, Martinsville area. The ingredients are fresh, the restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly. I hadn't eaten at Subway for years. Went to a few in the area and was disappointed each time. Was in Franklin one evening and decided to give this place a go. I was very pleased. I've been back 4 or 5 times now and have not been disappointed once.

I ordered online. Came in on estimated time to be done. They had no customers and hade 5 to go order tickets sitting on the counter. They asked which was mine. Customers walk in and they take care of them first. It literally took 50 mins to make 3 subs and a salad. Never again!

The staff were so nice, especially the woman working at the sandwich station! She complemented my tattoos and even gave me a free cookie! And the sandwich was loaded with toppings! Some places won’t do that for you anymore, so I appreciated it!

This location has 2 of the most rudest people I have ever come in contact with. The male and female Indian workers are so rude and tell people “no” when they ask for a sandwich that’s not listed on the board even though they have all the ingredients. Horrible customer service. Wish I could give them 0

This restaurant has a male and female employee who are so rude!! They treat customers poorly and tell them no when they ask for a special kind of sandwich. They never want to take coupons and will not substitute one meat for another. They give barely any toppings and are just the RUDEST people!! I have NEVER wrote a negative review in all my life ul til now.

Rudeness. Came in for a 3 for $17.99 footlong coupon; adult female employee (owner?) obviously displeased. There was a mixup due to language regarding the 3rd sandwich, compounded by a 2nd person on condiments needing direction preventing me from stopping that mixup. The teen is sweet natured, some issues understanding English, but always pleasant. As for food: Subway has delivered pink tomatoes, not red ripe ones. That doesn’t work in Indiana! Not the fault of the owner/employee.

The man is an absolute piece of work. Man was upset cuz I had a coupon on a 6in and he almost didn't accept it because the date was slightly torn on it. It still visibly said the date it expired on. He was trying to say that he can't take it because he couldn't tell what it said. The lady was extremely nice and eventually did it while he was in the phone (as he rolled his eyes) but that man needs some help. Didn't realize I couldnt use a local coupon that was directed for this subway specifically also, he won't even let you scan it before he analyzes the crap out of it first to make sure it's legit or something? Lmao weirdest interaction at a subway in my entire life. Moral of the story: use as many coupons as you can here. They absolutely love it lmfao
