Store is open until 10, we arrived at 8. Employee was sitting in a booth on his phone and told my son they were closed. I went in he told me the computer was down. I went back in with cash and he told me I could only order online. Unhelpful, unkind, and unwilling to work.

Parking: Gas station parking. Very little exclusive parking just for Subway.

To start, the lady was incredibly rude. I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong and made sure to communicate this to the staff multiple times. They seemed upset about the coupon. Despite my efforts, they ignored my requests and unbeknownst to me proceeded to charge me the full price without any acknowledgment of the coupon.
Unfortunately, I realized the mistake after I got home and saw the Apple Pay alert. It’s disheartening that a simple coupon could lead to such a negative experience. It feels like a lack of respect for customers and their loyalty. Losing a customer over a few dollars seems incredibly shortsighted and greedy.
Given this experience, I will not be returning to Subway. I value places that appreciate their customers, and unfortunately, this was not one of them.

This Subway is probably one of the greatest to ever do it. Came it at 9 PM and let’s face it, no one wants to be making a bunch of weirdos like us sammies at that hour but the staff here did it with smiles on their faces. And when a fellow customer had a coughing fit about four members of staff of both this Subway and convenience store came to his aid. They even gave us extra cookies and some of their own dinner off their own plates. That is six star service, but I can only give five. Absolute legends and probably one of the best Subway experiences of my entire life.
