Walked in both of the employees were cleaning the establishment I can say it was very clean well-lit.
But there was a gentleman waiting for his sandwich while they finished up doing whatever they were doing which is odd to me especially being a customer first forward business. Once I walked in one of the ladies stop doing what she was doing and continue to help us.
Let's start by after she put down the map she was mopping the floor with she did not wash her hands just grabbed gloves and put them on right away... Which being in the food industry that is like your first protocol always wash your hands first.
The lady asked me what I wanted on my sandwich I told her what I wanted but I asked for mayonnaise first and she proceeded to put Ham on my sandwich when I told her wait a minute can I get mayonnaise first and it was like an inconvenience.... And was talking her native language to her partner which is what it is
Once I got to the veggies section let me just say oh my Lord I've never seen such a stingy Subway ever in my life. She literally grabbed 5/6 pieces of green pepper after I asked for extra green pepper and literally picked up another three and added it to it like that was extra.... Then we got to the onions say process even stingier.... Astor for salt pepper and oregano again as if it was an inconvenience... And then ask for extra mayo literally gave me one line and that was it have to repeat myself again....
It is literally their job to serve the customer for their needs I don't care charge me extra. But she did go out of her way to grab me extra cookies from the back which was appreciated
Everything was fresh didn't see any wilted lettuce or spinach I can definitely say everything was fresh.
I would have gave it a complete one but the establishment was really clean and she didn't go out of her way to get me at least the cookies.
When I stopped here again probably not
Take it to consideration I do travel quite a bit across the country in and out of a lot of subways

Store is open until 10, we arrived at 8. Employee was sitting in a booth on his phone and told my son they were closed. I went in he told me the computer was down. I went back in with cash and he told me I could only order online. Unhelpful, unkind, and unwilling to work.

Part/connected to a gas station. They have a restroom and the whole place is moderately clean.
Parking: Gas station parking. Very little exclusive parking just for Subway.

Check your receipt because these people are trash! I was charged $12.95 for one cold cut footlong and I had a coupon for $6.99. I’ll never come back here again!

To start, the lady was incredibly rude. I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong and made sure to communicate this to the staff multiple times. They seemed upset about the coupon. Despite my efforts, they ignored my requests and unbeknownst to me proceeded to charge me the full price without any acknowledgment of the coupon.
Unfortunately, I realized the mistake after I got home and saw the Apple Pay alert. It’s disheartening that a simple coupon could lead to such a negative experience. It feels like a lack of respect for customers and their loyalty. Losing a customer over a few dollars seems incredibly shortsighted and greedy.
Given this experience, I will not be returning to Subway. I value places that appreciate their customers, and unfortunately, this was not one of them.

Disgusting family own it they have been on the news multiple times. They short you on everything. They lie and don't accept valid coupons they are trashy nasty people.
