This was better than most Taco Bells that I've been in lately. The employees were polite but not very engaging. The bathroom was clean but the dining area was kinda messy. Like it isn't a priority any more. The whole fast food landscape is built more for dashers any more. The food was pretty good. Mostly standard Taco Bell. I did get the new cheese crusted street chalupas and those were mighty fine.

My chicken melt was basically destroyed. I got it out of the bag and it was balled up. I unrolled the wrapper and the picture attached is what was inside. Honestly very disappointing. The way it was balled up was intentional. Maybe not towards me personally but this wasn’t a “it was smashed in the bag”.

So today I stopped into this Taco Bell to have dinner. The nacho Bell grande was absolutely delicious and full of extra cheese, extra beef like I had asked. The location was very clean in the dining area. But oh my goodness, I went to use the bathroom and it was a complete disaster and disgusting. Someone had to use the toilet earlier and had poop all over the toilet. There were so many employees working there and nobody had thought to clean it up. May I add they thought about it, but didn’t want to touch it. I could not believe my eyes this place was so new and nice. Shame on the person that did it. Oh my goodness could you not get some place together to tackle the job? It’s disgusting to walk into a bathroom and see literal feces all over the toilet. I wanted to take a picture, but it also had to leave as soon as possible and use the gas station instead! 🤮

Took an hour to get food, employees were dilly dallying and frolicking about instead of getting our food ready. Horrible experience
We ordered a large pick up order for our son's birthday this weekend. We arrived per instructions via text and the staff had a challenge finding our order...3 large boxes of tacos (not a hard order at all in my opinion)with no label or tag to tell. Finally figured that out...and when I left there was an employee sitting in the outdoor eating area; he had his own speaker listening to his music with the volume up very high! The music was very distasteful which included outbursts of profanity. Not very considerate of those around that may or may not like his style of genre. Lastly, we arrived home (5 minute drive)and our food was COLD! Poor service, poor atmosphere and cold food...not a good trio in my opinion.

Don’t chastise me and say next time I have to come in to pick up my order because I marked it as inside pick up when clearly you guys just sat in the wrong spot. Don’t need the rudeness
This location has DRASTICALLY gone down hill over the last month or so however tonight was a new low. I waited for my food that consists of a nacho fry, 3 chips and cheese and a steak quesadilla for 25 minutes in an empty lobby. (They did have drive through orders, I’ll give them that much) The ENTIRE time I was waiting there were 2 orders of Nacho fry’s sitting on the counter where they make all the food. Just propped up in boxes. When I get my food I look in the bag, I have 4 cheese sauces and 1 bag os chips. I go back to the counter and ask for two more bags of chips. No apologies for the wait and still getting my order wrong but that’s ok too. Then I go to sot the fries up that are not spilling from the container and when I say they were ICE COLD, they were ICE COLD! They looked absolutely disgusting and were freezing! I threw them in the trash and left. I won’t be back. There’s multiple people just standing around appearing to be doing absolutely nothing and they’re serving this crap and calling it “food”. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
