So today was not the best day for this Taco Bell. The food took a while to come out, which I’m not super bothered by, but it was hot in the restaurant, there was no ice in the machine, and even though staff knew this, nobody came out to put ice in The machine the whole time I was there. My nacho chips were old, and I had to send the Mexican pizza back because it tasted old, and greasy. Staff did compensate by switching it out for three taco supremes, so that’s why I’m giving three stars.

They do not put extra items on your food when you ask for extra, they do not prepare the food properly!

This is a great Taco Bell always friendly n on top of getting those orders done I hardly ever have to wait n if I do it's not long at all!!!

Food was good this visit passing through town. I understand with inflation these young people don't want to work for scrap working pay as I had to do in my generation. BUTTT if you have a friendly customer at the window you need to be able to talk to that customer friendly and say thank you or have a nice day ANYTHING but being silent is NOT OK! Whether it was 420 time or you just hate your job don't come to work with a non caring attitude! I pulled up to the window & there was no friendly conversation and I was not rude about anything at all but the Young guy at the window told me my total and I asked for a receipt. He handed me and my receipt over like it was a slow motion film and then gets my food bag and just hands it to me without saying a word, even after I said thanks he simply shut the window and turned his back on me! I'm getting tired of doing bad reviews just for poor customer service at different places. Please if you are going to hire these young people, then teach them some customer service skills or make it mandatory video lessons because not talking to a customer is still considered rudeness, and showing lack of caring just means you should get another job!!! *I also want to add that I understand everybody goes through things in life where they still have to go to work and pretend that they're not sad or angry about something. I worked in retail most of my life and this was difficult at times but when you put on that work uniform you have to put on your best face even if you have to fake it to get that money* Any money is better than no money at all! 💯

I kind of wonder what all drugs everybody is on there no one knows how to get an order correct ever and why in the heck would you skim a freaking Doritos Locos Taco on meat and cheese like what in the hell is wrong with people we pay for s*** we expect to get what we paid for absolutely went hands down
