Their customer service skills and food etiquette is extremely in adequate they need to be reviewed along with food inspection visit((they’re horrible))I went back the very next day and what an experience absolutely phenomenal the gal at the window was spot on kind respectful the manager top-notch top-notch that’s all I can say is just amazing experience I would recommend going during the day maybe that’s the differenceBecause of this experience I have changed my rating on the stars that I’ve given

Slowest in town. Guess that's what you get having teenagers running a restaurant. FYI Taco Bell in Franklin by I-65 is a bit better, even tho they get your order completely wrong sometimes. Ugh. ?

I really hate that (at least I'm being told) corporate is now forbidding them to take my order from behind the counter like a restaurant should. I was told ' I can help you with the kiosk." No i just need you to take my order like normal. Then when i ordered on the nasty kiosk after they cleaned it. It took 10 minutes to get my #1 combo because they were prioritizing drive thru orders. ? problem is i love the food. Not the screw you customer attitude. Guess I'll have to find another lunch place, sad.

I ordered for deliver on the app. After having 7 different drivers attempt to pick up the food, and waiting an hour and a half, it was finally cancelled. Taco Bell had their phones shut off. There’s no way to get in contact on the app to cancel the order. Luckily after an hour and a half, they cancelled it theirselves. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded, if I even will be at all.
