This Taco Bell has an automated system that takes the orders. It completely screwed up my order and was adding additional items. This is absolutely ridiculous that someone who is considered a customer service representative can’t even take the orders to ensure that it is taken correctly.
There is such a bad employees over there they don’t even listen to customers we order two tacos one with beef and the other one just spicy potato she make both of them with beef and potato in both of the taco when i call them back to the restaurant she is soooo mean and rude employees over there they don’t even apologized they are blaming me back and hang the phone on customer and said came to store we will talk here she ruin my whole break and whole day

Just got off work with no lunch break. Stop by Taco Bell to get some dinner. Get home and my food is not right… had to drive back to Taco Bell to get my order fixed because an employee didn’t take the time to fully read the ticket.

Charged twice machine had no paper or something to make recept took long time machine did not send order in it just canceled our order but charged us twice we live over a hour away in different city .they did offer to make it right and the food was great and employees where very nice the ordering machine is the problem and your machine made for a bad day
ISSUE IS WITH CORPORATE - REQUIRED TO USE KIOSK AND USING AI FOR ALL DRIVE-THRU ORDERS
The people and food were good. I was told that Corporate is requiring every customer to self-service placing their order using a screen and that the drive-thru process is being taken over by a virtual assistant / AI, eventually entirely moving people out of the process.
The only way for companies to hear that I don't agree with their business decisions is to vote with my money. I will be spending my money with other companies than Yum owned businesses.
