The best peppermint mocha I've ever had. Also, I think they were the only coffeehouse open in town during a snowstorm! Wife loved the cranberry bar and the hot chocolate

My boyfriend and I stopped in Sunday the 14th around 10-11a looking forward to eating there after looking at the menu online. When we walked in, despite it being completely empty the guy at the counter already seemed bothered. I didn’t see the food menu so I double checked they were serving food, and he gave an annoyed “yes.” No big deal, but the vibe was already awful. I looked at my boyfriend and we both knew this wasn’t going to work. I didn’t want to be rude, so I said, “Maybe we can just get drinks here.” I then asked the guy at the counter if they had cold foam. He chuckled at me and said, “That’s more of a Starbucks thing.” in the most condescending tone that you could hear his eyes rolling. For context, I’m a woman in my mid 20’s so his next comment seemed extra pointed. He said, “We have a pumpkin spice latte.” I couldn’t hold in my uncomfortable chuckle after being spoken to like an idiot who’s never ordered coffee. I looked at my boyfriend again who was equally as uncomfortable and we both just laughed awkwardly and I told the guy, “I can’t do this.” From the moment we walked in it felt we were trespassing. I’ve worked in customer service for a decade, I get we all have off days, but the condescension in this guys voice mixed with the drab atmosphere was enough to make us never want to even give it another chance.
We took our business one block away to Main & Madison and had the yummiest brunch with some of the most incredible service I’ve had in Franklin.

I normally get the high protein quesadilla once a week about. But whoever they had behind that counter today cooking does it need to be near a grill. No cheese to hold the quesadilla together didn't even bother to toast it just slapped everything on raw tortilla and called it a day.

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Back
Tried to support a local spot, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. From the moment we walked in, we felt rushed to order. We asked for menus to take a look at the table, but once we went up to order, we were met with a lack of flexibility—no customization for bowls, no choice in how eggs are cooked. “It’s all cooked together,” we were told. Fine.
Asked for bacon to be limp, got crispy, microwaved-tasting bacon instead. Asked about non-coffee drink options and got a snide response that they were “all on the wall”—which, if you’ve never been there before, looks more like decor than an actual menu. Overwhelmed, I just ordered water and plain coffee. For a coffee shop, you’d think they’d at least have good coffee—wrong. I’ve had better from a hotel lobby.
The food? Disappointing. Biscuits and gravy had a film on top, like it had been sitting for a while. Eggs were watery. Bacon was overcooked. The only thing I actually ate was the sweet potatoes in my bowl.
Sad, because the menu sounds good, but the execution isn’t there. Don’t waste your time or money—you’ll pay a good chunk of change and leave hungry.

do not get the matcha latte, it's definitely poor quality and barely resembles matcha. worker seemed nice and had a small but nice atmosphere. If you come here stick to trying coffee.
