The mint is the best cocktail bar in Johnson county. The service is great and the cocktails are awesome. Really the only thing I have to complain about is the selection of alcohol beyond the whisky and bourbon. You would think that a bar like this would have certain staples like Captain Morgan, but instead they carry Parrot Bay which just doesn’t make sense with the atmosphere and quality that they look to provide.
LOVE everything about this place. Right atmosphere, right whiskey and bourbon selections, right price, and amazing Cajun/Creole food. The old fashioned is done right, one of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t forget the staff, either: We have always had prompt service that hits the mark every time.
The girls at the bar are AWESOME!! We went in for after dinner cocktails, and they did not disappoint... However, my husband, who does not drink was approached inside the bar by another patron that was either over served or high on something else, became a very uncomfortable situation...but no one seemed to think this was abnormal..to the point the drunk guy was still able to still be seated and served at the bar. He later approached another table to make another uncomfortable...
