My only regret was not getting everyone's name. I went in at an off peak time, so was the only customer. However I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They were a genuinely kind and joyful group of employees and I found myself having a wonderful meal and conversation with Tay. It was around 3:45p.m on a Saturday. While the food was very good, it is only secondary to being served by kind people who seem to enjoy their time at work. Thank you to all at the Franklin Waffle...
This place was great! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious! We really need Waffle houses up in northern Illinois! Why are they not coming here??? They would have a gold mine for business!
Visiting from Indianapolis. If I could give more than a 5 star I would. The service was fantastic. Our server Elijah did a great job!! Food was quick, hot and delicious. Would highly recommend.
