Stopped on the way to Chicago from Tennessee on a college/work trip with 15 students. The staff was very polite, the diner was clean, the service was fast, and the food was very good. They handled our lunch rush extremely well. I haven't seen service this well in a long time. Totally recommend.
Not a big reviewer but this morning was THE best experience my husband and I have had at this Waffle House. Was greeted by every employee when we walked in. Our waitress, Momma(Julie), was fantastic. The staff were helpful and kind to one another. The atmosphere was fun, happy and positive. You should teach the others on the other shifts how it’s done. GREAT JOB TO YOU ALL!!
It’s Waffle House, it’s the WH atmosphere you expect. What I will say about Franklins is it’s clean, staff is always great, attentive, orders are always on point, the cooks always make the food as ordered and throw a few laughs in with it.
Overall they’re great and always a good experience when we go in.
