Ordered a completely plain double on a small bun. Received 2 patties in a plastic container, no bun. I tried to call back several times, no answer. Drove back to the restaurant, the manager gave me tons of attitude claiming I ordered it without a bun. Argues with me until I pointed out the line on the receipt saying regular bun. Then she hatefully asked what I wanted her to do about it. I asked for a refund. She gave me $6 cash shorting me 85 cents. 🤷♂️ Rated a 2 on food because the chili which is usually great was way over salted and mostly inedible as well.

Check your bag before you leave the drive-thru. Most of the time they forget something, most importantly things like bacon on your sandwiches, Or a side of cheese sauce. Can't remember a time I've ever been truely satisfied with coming here.

I don't know how worse it can get 8 people working in the back but don't know what to do or what to do first 16 minutes to get the food coke machine leaking all over the floor no ice for your drinks the Chilli was like paste and taste like a pound of salt in it .. wowww who even owns this store anymore is kinda sad

The best Wendy's I have been to in a long time. Much better than the one on my town. The fries were crisp on the outside and just right on the inside. Best burger from any fast food restaurant in a very long time. Other Wendy's employees should go to training here.

We're out of everything we tried to order, nuggets sauces and multiple ingredients, food we did get was cold and took entirely to long to recieve. The two cashiers continuously interupted me in the middle of my order to argue with each other about who was gonna get fired. Management was standing there the entire time watching. Wife and kids tried to use the bathroom and my wife described it as a sewage dump. I didn't know it was possible to out bad the McDonald's on Morton. "Congrats"

The franklin wendys has great food. Fresh burgers, hot fries, cold drinks, but where they have great food they also have the worst service. The drive thru always has a line of atleast 8 or more cars, and it will take you atleast 20 mins in the drive thru. So I recommend avoiding this location if you are in a hurry. If you can stand the wait it is definitely one of the better locations in terms of food.
Vegetarian options: Limited availability, mostly just salads and sides.
Parking: Plenty of parking and a fairly wide parking area, can easily get through with a large truck and or a small trailer.
Kid-friendliness: As friendly as most other fast food chains. No playground
Wheelchair accessibility: There are access ramps at the main entrance.

Hamburger was burnt and tasted old. They didn't have sliced cheese so they put shredded cheese on my burger. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and it had mustard, onion pieces and a few small chunks of chicken on it.
