Just went thru their drive thru and ordered a number three for my kid and they told me I could not buy a kid toy separately. Manager was very rude told us to go to McDonald’s. Goodness how do you have a job. The female on the drive thru was also rude

Have pulled away from drive thru. 1st waited 5 min second time pulled off after 10 min third today waited 8 min pulled off !! They hold u up at the order door??!! What is going on??

Worst Wendy's I've ever seen!
Dirty nasty floors when you walk in at 7am!
Nasty dirty bathrooms at 7 am!
Breakfast bowl sucks!!! The gravy was water!!!!
Rubber eggs and cold fries on top!
Employees have a i don't carr attitude!!!!
I will never be back!

Stale bun, cold old fries that were 1/2 full - which we easily combined into one and which I sacrificed eating any so my partner could, burgers not prepared correctly or with all of the ingredients - w/ the meat being dry and overcooked. Poor service and long wait times when they just needed to hand us the sauce they didn’t give us, which took several minutes while they walked past the window multiple times. Absolutely disappointed. Just save yourself the trouble and go to any other nearby Wendy’s, which have always been great. Pic of what was supposed to be a standard Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. They also conveniently didn’t give us a receipt.

I love their $5 biggie bag. If I remember, I order the $4 biggie bag online. The $4 one is only the hamburger. This is about the only place I can go and get a decent meal for less than $6. If you go on the app as well you can almost always get a free fry or nugget per day.

Ordered a completely plain double on a small bun. Received 2 patties in a plastic container, no bun. I tried to call back several times, no answer. Drove back to the restaurant, the manager gave me tons of attitude claiming I ordered it without a bun. Argues with me until I pointed out the line on the receipt saying regular bun. Then she hatefully asked what I wanted her to do about it. I asked for a refund. She gave me $6 cash shorting me 85 cents. 🤷‍♂️
Rated a 2 on food because the chili which is usually great was way over salted and mostly inedible as well.

Check your bag before you leave the drive-thru. Most of the time they forget something, most importantly things like bacon on your sandwiches, Or a side of cheese sauce. Can't remember a time I've ever been truely satisfied with coming here.

I don't know how worse it can get 8 people working in the back but don't know what to do or what to do first 16 minutes to get the food coke machine leaking all over the floor no ice for your drinks the Chilli was like paste and taste like a pound of salt in it .. wowww who even owns this store anymore is kinda sad
