People want too tier wages, but deliver sub par results. Pay for delivery, and expect a complete order. But only delivers half the order, and wonders why people get upset you pay for delivery deliver the goods completely if not then you don't deserve to charge for delivery since you ie company can not completely deliver a simple complete order! Will not be back

First time coming here and never will return. My order was completely wrong and paid extra for nothing I received. Elijah is who serviced me and who made the food. If it was a certain something you all did not have you should have said something especially me being right there watching everything.

I was so impressed with the employee. They are by themselves at lunch with printer issues and large online orders running late. They stayed calm and professional with communication. They worked hard to catchup. Wish I would’ve got her name. I don’t like these kind of fries and the chicken is okay, but the employee shined.

Unfortunately today, we had an online order that was given to another customer in the store with the same first name. This happened quickly - the person walking the food out did not say a last name. The other person opened our food and then got their actual food. The employee took back our food and then closed the container and put it in a new bag. If we hadn’t been there, we would have missed this entire interaction. The food safety integrity is now a concern, I don’t feel good about ordering food from here anymore. Which just sucks because they are definitely good wings!
The staff attitude is also just grossly negative. When we asked for our food to be remade due to being groped by another customer, they were very irritated with us. The line lead (with dark red/brown hair & tattoos, or whoever was corralling food out, unsure of their position) grabbed the bag of food and dramatically threw it into the trash can. They were very irritated that we wanted unmolested food that hadn’t been opened and touched by a stranger (who knows the last time they washed their hands/what their background is). Just an affront to food safety all around.
Never ever repackage food! This is basic food safety 101.
Management - opening a restaurant in a very busy area is tough. I get that, but restaurants that are so flagrant about customer food, service, and quality are destined to fail. And customer service is pitiful at this location. Incentivize employees to share in the success of the demand. Or else you’re going to get recurrences of what happened this evening, with repackaging food and acting irritated at rightful call outs and mistakes.
Handed me the bag, that was lying down on the warming station ,straight up. When I got home the oils from the Louisana rub has soaked the bag and the floorboard of my car. No seasoning on the fries. Did not get the ranch. Something I ng with the ranch happened last time and fries were hard. Gave them another chance and experienced poor quality again.

Used to love this Wingstop location but lately they have gone downhill. Especially when it comes to getting the RIGHT items that were ordered. We order cheese dip and NEVER get it. Last time they gave us multiple MUSTARD dips when we ordered cheese. The time before that ranch instead of cheese. This last time we had it there was hardly any sauce covering the wings, the fries were soggy and cold and missing the salgar seasoning which makes them so good. It's been not good at this location for at least the last 6 months. It's really sad. This Wingstop use to be so good what happened? Be sure to check your items before leaving the store and I wouldn't doordash it or have it delivered so you don't have to make an extra trip to the store to get the right items. Super bummed. Bring back the old Wingstop!

Was a twice a week customer. Ordered online and picked up food. Came back to a small box of buffalo fries when I ordered large voodoo fries, Cajun tenders when I ordered Mexican street, no cheese sauce, a small fry when I ordered a large fry. I return and get told everything is small due to no large containers. I get charged for large items and cheese sauce when they are out of cheese and the response is next time you'll get a free fry? You stole money from me and refuse to give me money back so I will never be returning to Wingstop.

The dining room had trash on the tables and floors, the area behind the counter, and prep area was a mess! The food wasn't worth the money.
