Sep 17 2026 5 pm payed for food they made me pull around said they bring it out and never did after 25 mins I went in and they did indeed forget about me they did nothing to compensate for there mess up and the people in front me left with out there food even after paying for it ....you need to speak to people today they were very rude and disrespectful

We had an issue with our 1st order. Called and spoke to the manager in charge, Alana. She was very nice and took care of our needs and complaint. Remade the order and gave us a free pizza for next time along with a 2-liter for the inconvenience. She was super polite and very apologetic and great customer service all around.

Cute little Pizza Hut. Cashier was friendly, one small table if you wanted to eat inside. The pizza exceeded my expectations for it being Pizza Hut. I ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza. Carry out special for 9.99. I would have liked it to have more sauce, there was slice of pepper on my pizza and a mushroom underneath the pie. They are charging 1$ for crushed red pepper. I’m not a fan of that but the cashier did give me one for free. Overall it wasn’t bad.

We ordered wings and fries for delivery tonight- everything was on point! The delivery service was phenomenal. I didn’t catch the driver’s name, but I wanted to give a big shoutout for the great service!

Place to call ahead pick up order Two hours in advance. It wasn’t ready when I arrived. They had not thawed their dough. I waited another 12 minutes. When opening the pizzas, one pizza with thin crust and the other eight pizzas that were supposed to be hand tossed look just like the thin crust. There was also difficulty placing an order on their app. I was told there was nothing they could do and had no control over their app.

They think this is okay to deliver. Very messy cannot even open the container or remove it from the bag without making a mess everywhere. They also forgot the ranch which I ordered extra which also costs extra. I will probably be ordering from the other store from now on. Something is always wrong with our order at this store.

I order from here often and the people are always so generous. The food is always done rather fast, and ALWAYS tastes amazing. I do have the issue that if you order for delivery you have to spend a certain amount, but I can look past it. Recommend the chicken and fries or the bacon cheese sticks

Accepted my $70 order at 10:40pm and didn't even do it. My fiance has worked at pizza hut and even if it's 15-20 minutes till close you're still suppose to do it especially if you accept the order. Unacceptable.

Hung up on me more then 3 times. Never got to talk to anyone in Garrett and no one I talked to tried helping me. Do better pizza hut!
