Got two sandwiches this evening 2-6-26. Absolutely perfect exactly what we asked for. Who ever put the sandwiches together cared what they were doing. Thanks

That's the last time I'm ordering from this Subway. On top of getting 4 inch subs when they're supposed to be 6 inches, I always order ahead. If there is a single person in the building, it will take up to 10 minutes to pick up the sub that's already finished. I've worked fast food, I get it can get busy, but I have to be somewhere today and I don't have the time to wait that long for something I ordered 20 minutes in advance.

This location had went down hill. It is always dirty, mostly behind the counter. They always seem to be out of things. Today it was cookies. We always get the same sub and lately it hadn't been up to par. My husband asked for onion and lettuce and there was barely any in it. Seems to be this way now. We pay a lot foe sandwiches and they need to have a good amount of toppings. I asked the young man working to please change his gloves because he had marinara all over them and he rudely said, I guess. 4/10

This is the worst subway I have ever went too. The last 3 times the kids are clueless,and they are always out of something. I don't know if they really are out of stuff or lazy. If they are out of stuff fire the manager. It's called forecasting sales. You wont meet sales bye always being out of everything. Is there dm to this store ? How do you not see sales down on certain product and not question it ? No wonder it's never busy. This location can't hold a candle to auburn location. Must have a different dm. For the record not one subway in this area other than garrett is ever out of anything. Bad management from top to bottom. Re-staff from manager to hourly,clean up,order correct products, and understand great training equals great customer services equals great profit margin. Wont be back !! Thank you for your time !!
The young staff is just plain rude and because they were more concerned about completing DoorDash orders, our orders were made completely wrong.
If you are more concerned about DoorDash orders than you are about taking care of customers that are in front of you, then close your doors/drive up. We won't be going back and won't recommend this location to anyone.

My experience was NO experience. No one ever waited on me. I rolled through the drive thru to order just after 9pm. Place says it’s open. Lights are on. Worker is waiting on a customer inside. I get zero response. I waited in line until inside customers left past 9:30pm which is their closing time. I’m leaving now and will see tomorrow if speaker is broken or if this is just a lack of work ethic.
I like their tuna salad on cheese bread...
