Ordered online and when I arrived they didn't have corned beef for the rubiens,the laughing kid on the speaker says Ordered anything else to replace it, I ask for the brisket which he's very amused to tell me they don't have so I end up with classic beef which is half the price of what I paid for but because I paid online I was just out of luck

It’s very upsetting that you pay for what you want but yet you repeatedly do not get it. I ordered double roast beef on both sandwiches, and neither sandwich was double, the only item I have received correctly was curly fries. I mean why is looking at everything we order to confirm the way of life? Pay extra for food, TRUST your getting it and get home and you’re robbed! I checked my bag, but I guess now you have to literally open everything sandwich wrapper before you can go home

We ordered four beef and cheddar with EXTRA cheese. We were disappointed to find out that when we checked as we left, they gave us four with NO cheese. No cheese at all. How do you mishear that?

It's 10:05 am, employes see me try one door then walk around the building to try the other door (also locked) and never acknowledge me. That seems ridiculous to me. Drive through is rollin cars through. The dinning are closed?

Watched people stand around while waiting on food. spent over 20 minutes in the drive through waiting patiently to get food that wasn’t fresh at all.
