Arby's is fast food. A more expensive choice for fast food. Sometimes the food is good but usually it's just okay and sometimes not worth the money you're paying. My last few experiences with different locations left me feeling unappreciated as a customer and I found that the staff could use some training in how to treat customers with a little kindness and a lot more respect.
Drive 15 mins to not be able to eat inside?! Why? Says dine in open..

We arrived at 12 noon. The door by drive thur was locked went to the other door also locked. The dozen people inside looking at us. It was rude to not open the doors while others sat and ate.

Went thru drive thru. I ordered boneless wings ( hot honey bbq) 2 arby roast beef sandwiches with pepper sauce. I got buffalo wings instead. No pepper sauce. No napkins, no fork. Da whats the deal?
