I asked hashbrown casserole with steak tips, tomatoes and green peppers in the casserole. First I got the casserole with potatoes and steak only. Therefore I confirmed that I've asked the waitress for tomato and green pepper, and she confirmed. So I asked what she can do, then she brought tomatoes and green onions. I said peppers not onions, she said that's the only thing they can do. Then I called the manager, she said they don't have pepper in the restaurant at all!I asked does your staff know that? She took my order with green peppers? The manager said "they know if they're not new" Wait, ypu don't train your staff on what's being served and what's not? I like CB, but never ever will dine in this location.

We stopped in at 11 o'clock in the morning. Great breakfast. I had Papa's breakfast. It was delicious. Almost too much food. For me to eat, I love these Cracker Barrel restaurants

I ordered the Easter Dinner for 8-10 people. I had a pick up time of 4:30pm. I went into the restaurant and within 5 mins I was in my car. It was so much more food than I expected. It had step by step instruction. Everything was wonderful. I will definitely order again!

By far my favorite Cracker Barrel to visit. All the waiters are so nice. Unlike other CB's I've been to where LITERALLY EVERYTHING is covered with an inch of dust (including the creepy deer head above the fireplace). I'd drive completely out of my way just to go to this CB. Even if I was in the parking lot of another CB
Burned pancakes and cold eggs, which took forever to get. The server was able replace the meal....and very quickly. It should have been done that way the first time. Hot, cooked correctly and delivered promptly. I love Cracker Barrel, but this location was unfortunately disappointing.

I ordered my Easter dinner from Cracker Barrel. I have ordered my Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. There awesome its much easier on me. I would really give them 10 stars. They have curbside and the go over the order. I can't say enough Thank you Cracker BarrelParking: I picked up curbside service it's right in front and they bring your food right to your car.
I would like to share my wonderful experience at the Cracker Barrel in Gas City, IN today. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by the hostess. Alexa G. was my server and what a great server she was! The service was great as she was very polite and customer oriented. My grilled chicken tenders were delicious and cooked just right for me. It was not that busy at the time, so with Alexa giving great service at a slow period is just great. As I went to the cashier to check out, I met Brooklyn. She was very kind and hospitable. She is a very good people-person--the kind of cashier I would have in a restaurant. She asked me if I was a Cracker Barrel Rewards member. I told her that I was. Very few cashiers ask me if I am. She suggestively offered me to get some of the Peeps, but I declined and thanked her for asking. I told Brooklyn my to-go lemonade was sweet enough. I have seen very few outgoing, kind & friendly cashiers at Cracker Barrel or any other restaurant. She was so nice to me, you would think we was very good friends. She was just that nice. I don't think she ever meets a stranger, by her personality. I was a stranger to her but you could not tell we were.

The restaurant is always a nice place to eat and shop. There was no waiting, check in and was seated. I ordered the southern fried shrimp, I love fried shrimp. The only complaint was that the shrimp was THICK coated with the bread coating that the shrimp came with. As much coating as shrimp. I will definitely go back, just won't order the southern fried shrimp. The other three people, no other shrimp order, were fine with their meals.
