The individual at the drive thru was OUTSTANDING she was happy to take my order. She was easy to understand, and I felt like she truly wanted to make her customers feel good about their experience. Her name was Kylie. Anyone working a drive thru should try to emulate Kylie’s approach.

Visited Hardees last afternoon had a great experience. Food was good service was fast in the cashier was very friendly. I’ve been in the last couple weeks and he’s always friendly and cheerful and tells me welcome to Hardees and he’s glad that we came in and thanked us his name was Jimmy like I said I’ve seen him here a few times.
