The food was great and the service was friendly and fast. I just have to say there were only two people working one was trying to run the cash and help with the cooking and keep up the front and the other person was cooking. The store needs at least one more person working to keep The restaurant clean and the bathrooms clean because they were not nice.

We went through the drive thru for 2 kids meals. First they got the order wrong and only made one but they corrected it. We waited almost 20 minutes for food. Then when they have it to us, there is no applesauce. I asked about it and the girl laughed and said she forgot to tell me they were out. She knew and instead of saying something was going to send us with incomplete meals. She asked if we wanted more fries and I said we would prefer a refund and she brought another person to tell us if we wanted a partial refund we had to return the food. My kids had already drunk the milks while waiting the 20 minutes. I asked for the manager and they said they weren't allowed to let people speak to a manager.
I understand places run out of food and that isn't the problem as much as the worker trying to hide the fact and send an incomplete meal knowing they were missing an item.
I wouldn't recommend this location.

Food was good, fries are almost always fresh. Service was fast and friendly also. Floor could use some attention, seems like they are using too much product which can cause the floor to be “sticky”. Overall great experience.

Ian was awesome. The best customer service we had in a long time. We are on our way back home to Michigan and we are so glad we stopped at the Gas City Hardee's. Put a bright spot on our day. Need more employees like him.
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while but stopped in the other day on my way to Muncie. The food was hot and fresh, the people were very friendly, and the staff was just so polite and I would definitely return and recommend for people to stop in for a pleasant dining experience.
