Not a bad place or bad people working there. They get busy and a little slow sometimes, I imagine it's due to being slightly short-handed nap time since it is one of the biggest food chains in America.

went there and had to wait AN HOUR for a PLAIN QUARTER POUNDER to be remade because they messed the first one up. they put us in the third window and forgot we existed. we had to park and go inside, and when went inside, one of your employees had a personal issue with me so he made rude and nasty comments to and about my husband. even heard the manager tell everyone “ no one is getting a break tonight just so you guys know “ which i’m pretty sure is illegal? horrendous service.

Clearly states on doors dining room open mon-thursday until 11pm..get there at 7:40 the doors are locked..nice way of taking care of your customers..Arby's blew this away anyway..was only going for the kids

Had a order of 2 meals which consisted of 2 cheeseburgers each (4 total) no onion and pickle on one meal and add bacon to the other meal. (Meals included 2 large fries and 2 drinks as well). I stupidly did not check the bag before driving the 15 minutes home. Get home. Unload the contents of the bag which consists of 3 cheeseburgers 1 no onion or pickle, 1 add bacon, and the 3? The third was extra pickle. Missing our fourth cheeseburger all together.
Little confusion by order taker, but turned out right. Food deliverer actually told me thank you! That's so rare today.

Never get orders right and the ice cream machine is never working . Employees are not friendly and act like they are forced to work there

Used to be my favorite MacDonald's to stop and get a quick lunch and such, but the last two months at least the performance has dropped significantly here, wait times of 25min+ at least in drive thru, with today only 5 cars in front in drive thru for two double cheese burgers and root beer 25 min for lukewarm food, hopefully they can get it back on track.

Place was filthy and grumpy. Front glass walking, door employee entrance door, floors. Bathroom was disgusting. Numerous employees in kitchen handling , cooking the food had long har - beards and none wore hairnets. French fries were cold, lump and greasy. Chicken wrap tasted rubbery and chewy .... Consistency of chicken gizzards. Wife and I both felt like we needed a tetanus shot and a hepatitis shot when we walked out. Don't understand how this store could ever pass an inspection. Definitely not up to McDonald's standards. Will never ever stop there again
