This is the second time that I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut and it took over two hours to get my pizza even made and delivered I called and the gentleman who answered and I expressed my concern about it being almost 2 hours since i ordered it was maybe 1 45 mins since i ordered and he proceeded to say it’s been only a hour. This will be the last time i order from here til this branch is able to get orders out in a timely manner.

Ordered delivery. Took well over an hour to get the food....all of which was incorrect and spilled all over the box! Then in trying to contact the location and let them know, they picked up, said they were busy and hung up on me. I attempted to contact 800 # with no luck either. Not happy at all!!

I never see a more poorly run business, I ordered over a hour ago, stop in to pick it up and they are just now starting it, blamed it on being "slammed" but as I'm just sitting here I don't see people banging on the door to get in..two hours to prepare a pizza after being told it would be 30 minutes is unacceptable in my opinion, sell the franchise to someone with better organizational skills please.

Super service! Delicious pizzas were ready on time for a really large pick-up order! Everyone enjoyed them!!
I ordered online at 8pm they don't close until 11. I got a confirmation number an email that said my whole order was ready and went to pick it up actually before I even got the order ready email and no one was even there? Doors were locked and they were closed. Proceeded to try and call for half and hour no answer tried calling the Marion store to see if they knew anything the lady hung up on me and then never answered again. This was extremely frustrating and made no sense that it said it was being prepared and ready and yet no one was there, and still never showed up. Last time I deal with them, I got pizza from the one on Baldwin they are always rude and the pizza was disgusting.
