Again they forgot the chicken. Waisted a half hour of my day and fuel and a bad customer rating. 3 very sad and angry little kid customers too. I asked to be taken off their DD driver list. If I get another order from here, I will complain all the way up

Went in there yesterday afternoon and the manager said they had sick employees and was just being rude to me and the employee who was cleaning the bathroom. Trashy and unprofessional. They need to get new management who will be respectful tone employees and not rude to customers who come in. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Food from this location is seemingly always consistently made to recipe and done so very well. Consequently, you can expect a coorporate intended degree of food quality that seems lacking at surrounding locations. The staff are wonderfully pleasant as well.

This is the second time that I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut and it took over two hours to get my pizza even made and delivered I called and the gentleman who answered and I expressed my concern about it being almost 2 hours since i ordered it was maybe 1 45 mins since i ordered and he proceeded to say it’s been only a hour. This will be the last time i order from here til this branch is able to get orders out in a timely manner.

Ordered delivery. Took well over an hour to get the food....all of which was incorrect and spilled all over the box! Then in trying to contact the location and let them know, they picked up, said they were busy and hung up on me. I attempted to contact 800 # with no luck either. Not happy at all!!

I never see a more poorly run business, I ordered over a hour ago, stop in to pick it up and they are just now starting it, blamed it on being "slammed" but as I'm just sitting here I don't see people banging on the door to get in..two hours to prepare a pizza after being told it would be 30 minutes is unacceptable in my opinion, sell the franchise to someone with better organizational skills please.
