Owners are rude! My daughter worked there and they treated her terribly. No regular breakdown and cleaning of machines. Ivanhoe’s, in Upland, (10 minutes from Sophie’s)is where I will take my money. Better selection, better service, better product.

Was a nice outdoor ice cream place. There was a good variety of choices, from soft serve to hand dipped, even shakes and sundaes. I didn’t see the option to add malt to a shake, so Ingot hand-dipped in a waffle cone.
We had our dog with us, and they made a pup cup for him, which included two dog biscuits!
We got into conversations with the other customers at the outdoor seating. It was a nice atmosphere.
The only negative thing I would mention is that some of the ladies working seemed very preoccupied with some of the customers in the outdoor seating. It may have been they were in a relationship, or one or both of them were trying to get into a relationship. That doesn’t bother me until it affects the service that the other customers receive. I thought it reached that level.
Overall my family had a good experience, and will probably return when we’re in the area.

I went through the drive-thru. Took like 10 minutes when no one was in front of me. Girl took my order, and when I pulled up to pay, the blonde girl was on her phone at the register ?♀️. They also made my order incorrectly. Ask for a 3 scoops of moose tracks and got one scoop on a tiny cone. I asked for a remake and the blonde was frustrated. They didn’t even have gloves or anything. Area looked like a mess. Worst service ever. Never coming back

Servers were snoty young girls who need a lesson in customer service and being friendly. It was slow at the time we went, and we felt as though we interrupted their free time. The girls that were there the day before were very pleasant.

Got charged 17 bucks for 2 large milk shakes because there register is broke and the don't know how to do math obviously and then they gave one of us a medium
