Nice workers, but very unfortunate drink experience.. There was twice as much ice as my drink, and they told me that it is a standard amount. I wish that it was mentioned somewhere that if I get a drink at Starbucks I just get flavored ice.

Since when is it not standard to put a sleeve and stopper on all hot drinks?!?!?! I worked at Starbucks for over 3 years as a supervisor and always made sure my team understood what the standard was! Not sure what’s going on, but I shouldn’t have to ask everytime if I can have a sleeve and a stopper

I placed a mobile order on the app for a tea latte…received a regular tea. Was already down the interstate before I realized they hadn’t prepared my drink properly. I called to ask for them to simply refund the difference in price but was told I would have to come back to the store or call another number. Apparently they don’t have the technology to issue a couple dollar refund. Not sure how a giant coffee corporation doesn’t have the technology to issue a refund from the store as I’m sure I am not the first person to be given the wrong order. I guess that’s how they get you— i’m not a regular patron of Starbucks and this is just yet another reason to not be.
