The employees here are fantastic. They are very kind and work hard. I'm not the biggest Starbucks fan, but this is a well run one. Good place to get work done too. Steve Austin approved.
I ordered a Grande Blonde with 2 shot on ice. add 2 pumps of cinnamon doleche.
it took 3 ladies 8 mins and 2 wrong orders to figure out what I wanted. SOOO I left with Hot black coffee and 2 shots. Coffee people can't even make coffee anymore.

The store is worn, unkept, and just felt dirty. It took 18 minutes to receive three frappes. No one else in the store except one person on his computer, saw two cars go through drive through, and three employees behind the counter. We weren’t greeted or thanked or even acknowledged when I picked up our drinks at the counter.
