This place just got added to our rotation of places to eat. Lunch was fast and delicious. Beef stew full of bite size beef and veggies in a luscious, thick stock. Daily specials as you walk in to add to a varied menu. Missed seeing the soup selection as I fixated on the stew listing. Friendly faces and a dining room filled with local memories.
As most restaurants pizza king too has fallen to the lack of work ethic in today's world the quality of their pizzas are hit or miss. Toppings quantity are inconsistent and even as little things as cutting the pizza evenly are in question. Given the price of their pizzas it's hard to settle for a sub par pie. My childhood memories of them being the King of pizzas continues to fade! Sometimes a 4 sometimes a 3
