Just order from Applebee's in Granger I use doordash because my mother is 92 years old she doesn't get out a lot I ordered it online they sent me the wrong order I ordered two steaks they sent me French fries and one steak was so tough that you could not eat it I call them while I was talking to them they put me on hold I guess cuz I raised my voice but I was upset I will not order from Applebee's again

Me and my fiance went on a date here. It was really dirty. There was food all over the floor and the table was dirty. The place was dead, there were very few customers. We waited over 30 minutes just to get our two margaritas we ordered. The waitress kept apologizing that everything was taking so long but that didn't really change anything. The drinks were disgusting, they had to have been made incorrect. The food was ok. I wasn't expecting much since they don't have a lot of vegetarian options. We just ordered multiple appetizers to split as a "meal". Definitely won't be going back.

Waitress was friendly and did a great job! Food was really good. Good portions!! I ordered the three cheese grilled chicken penne pasta with tomato garnish and it was quite lovely!
I went last night with my husband. The food was okay. Took a long time. We had two servers waiting on us. One training the other. The service was so wonderful. We inquired at the end of our meal who was training who… to our surprise the significantly stronger server said she was getting trained and that it was her FIRST day. That was wild to me. she was absolutely amazing. But her and the guy she was with did a really amazing job at team work and bounced off each other well. Thank you both so much and hope you get deserving recognition.
If you have your steak redone, check your bill before paying to make sure you are not being charged for the meal twice. It wasn't a problem getting it taken off. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. The service was really great!

Disappointed. I stood at the front entrance where it says to be seated for 10 minutes without getting acknowledged or asked if I needed help. A server walked past me twice to take food and drinks to a table without saying a word to me. It was not busy, and I gave ample time to allow a staff member to take my carry out order. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Please address this issue so it does not happen again to future customers. I hope this is helpful to better your establishment.

Tonight my wife and I ordered 2 oriental chicken salads to go. As we live in Granger and order Applebees quite frequenty. Tonight, When we received our salads, they were in small appetizer size square containers, with only about 2 oz of chicken and a portion sized for a child. When I Called, and spoke to a manager, Selena, I was told they ran out of large containers, so that's all they could fit in the small ones as an excuse.Like that made it OK... So basically we were ripped off, charged for a full size entree, payed $30 plus dollars,and received a child portion. And she never even offered to make it right...Where is the Value anymore, very disappointed.We had dinner and were left Hungary. Should have ordered Carrabas. Beware Applebees value and customer service is going done hill. Sadly Thank you for reading.

It wasn't busy when we went. We were one of 3 tables in our servers section, and i believe 5 tables in the entire resturaunt. We waiting for our food for at least 45 to 50 minutes. We saw our waitress 3 times during a time period of over an hour; took order, delivered food, and after waiting some time we FINALLY were able to signal for our check and boxes. A "check back, check down" policy is best for families with young children. It makes it faster in the case of a toddler becoming a terrorist in a matter of seconds, which is a very real and regular occurance for my family. Seems like sidework was taking priority over guests when we visited based on my 10+ years as a server/bartender and observation. The nom-presence of wait staff in the dining room and the temperarure my mozz sticks arrived to the table when our food was served was also a factor used in coming to that conclusion as well. Servers fighting to get the food prepared and placed in the hot window could very well have been a likely occurance as well. Either way the resturaunt could use a pep talk on teamwork and how that repeat business and word of mouth make a successful and profitable resteraunt and ultimately contribute to their income.
