Be Well has turned into a second family for me! Not only do they make amazing smoothies, shakes and teas, but they are kind and considerate.I went in for the first time in February for a Cardio Drumming class and have not stopped going in since. Dance fit has been added and I try to not miss these classes either! I've stopped in the club at least once a week for the last year or so to get a shake. It's one of my favorite places to get a healthy and yummy lunch. I love the staff, the members, and the atmosphere. They've never pushed product on me, rather suggested solutions to problems I've mentioned on my own. I often drive well out of my way just to come to Be Well since it's hands down the best nutrition club in the area.
I've come in with my daughter and the women that work there seem really nice! I have shared shakes and they were delicious! I've come in a few times during the workout classes and I was really surprised the extreme curse words in the music that was playing (F#%*, N*>>}#, B;($?/ plus more!) To make matters worse Ive been there when there were children present while the music was playing. I'd suggest to try it out but not during classes if you have children...
