I am genuinely shocked at how badly my order was handled. I ordered a cappuccino and a ham and cheese bagel, and my wife—who is dairy-free—ordered her bagel without cream cheese. They even double-checked if the second bagel was “no cream cheese,” and I clearly responded that *cream cheese was fine* on mine. Somehow, that still got messed up.
When I got home, I suspected something was off with my cappuccino. The taste was strange, so I poured it into a glass—and it was literally just steamed milk. No espresso. Nothing. I paid $5 for a cup of hot milk. Completely unacceptable.
Then I realized my bagel was wrong too.
At that point, over $10 worth of my morning order was essentially wasted. I rarely complain about food being made incorrectly, but both items being wrong is ridiculous. So I drove all the way back expecting them to make it right.
Instead of remaking anything, they handed me a cup with three shots of espresso to add to my now-cold milk, and a packet of cream cheese to spread on my now-cold bagel. That was their “fix.” No apology, no accountability—just a lazy attempt to patch up their careless mistakes. I would’ve expected and preferred that my items be remade fresh for the money that I paid and tipped for this order.
Their inability to follow simple instructions is bad enough, but the apathetic customer service afterward sealed it. I will never return to this place again. If this is how they treat customers, they won’t keep them for long.

DO NOT GO THERE ON A SATURDAY MORNING. They can’t even get their order’s right. They didn’t even give me a receipt. after 20 minutes of waiting, I finally asked for a refund and the nasty little cashier threw my change on the counter. Ownership really needs to do something about your employees over here. No receipts or order numbers? How do you guys even stay in business over here?

I worked at Gordon’s Grooming in the same plaza for 4 years and recently left that job, but I still try and come back for my customized frozen electric dragon when I can. I love it sour and flavorful and Cameron and Morgan ALWAYS get it right! Shoutout to Hannah (we miss you!) for originally creating this drink for me and making sure everyone always made it how I like it, to the point they had our regular orders written down so new people could make them right too.
Cameron and Morgan have carried that on and I’m never disappointed when they make my drink. Those girls are the best!

This review pertains to people who work here. I originally came here by accident a year and 7 months ago and instantly connected with the very welcoming employees. Since, my girlfriend and I, have grown very close with a few of them specifically, though we recently lost one to the morning shift. Over this time it has become a weekly ritual for us to come sit down and talk to our friends who work here for a little bit and get our inventory work done. Alexis, Nathaniel you are our OG baristas here. Clare and Dayana, you are awesome as well. Thank you for making every trip worth it!
