Sunday morning, parking lot was packed but we were seated immediately. Our server Sophie was amazing! She was prompt, kept our cups filled and had a great personality. Food came faster than expected. Everything was good, decent size portions. The Copper Creek skillet w bacon and over easy eggs was yummy! My mom has celiac disease and they have a gluten free menu as well which was the reason we wanted to try it out. We will definitely be back!
Great, but hours are not great for us. My husband calls it "closes at 3".

I live in South Bend. I was very excited to learn that a few relatives from Illinois were coming for a visit. I asked a close friend for restaurant recommendations. If the three given, I decided on Copper Creek Cafe in Granger, IN. My husband and I had never been here. I was not “wowed” or impressed with the breakfast. It was “just okay”. I was not happy with the service because it took 45 minutes after ordering to get our meals. We were a party of five. A few family members ordered pancakes. By the time they got syrup their cakes were cold. The mediocre service is not totally the servers fault because it appeared that she was working our side of the room alone. It was a Sunday. Her attitude when I asked for syrup 3 times was “I am only one person doing this job” however she did not fail to ask the table of guests behind us who were seated after our party if they needed anything else. Of which I raised my hand and said “syrup at our table please”. The server said we could not get sausage patties instead of links. They’re both pork sausage so why the hassle if a customer has a preference? I would like the manager to contact me. Otherwise I plan not to frequent this place no time soon. Someone should have assisted the waitress. Customers are first or why be in business at all?

Wow! We've been traveling from New Mexico for awhile now and on our way to something we stumbled upon this wonderful place by accident. It was a warm welcome, comfy seats. The most amazing waitress who was fun, fast, patient and just plane wonderful. That chopped streak was perfectly rare. The meal was so good we tipped our waitress and asked her to tip our cook as well. We can't wait to come back. So yummy ???

The fresh squeeze orange juice was an absolute 20/10!! So good!
Our waitress was nice and the atmosphere was good , the food was respectfully not for my African ethnicity group lbvs.
The steak tasted like it was boiled in complete water.
The French toast tasted like eggs that’s it no cinnamon nor flavor.
The only that tasted good besides the orange juice was the American fries (like hash browns/potatoes)

Ate breakfast here June 8th and 9th 2024 when we stayed at the campground just down the road. Very good food, and great service in spite of being busy all the time. Never had to wait long for a table because they were really hustling to clean tables as soon as they're vacated. I wasn't used to what they called American fries with breakfast, because where I'm from, it's called sliced potatoes, but what they make is great. Someone in our group preferred what they called rubbery pancakes and not cake-like pancakes but others preferred what this café makes. So it's a personal preference. They accommodate another person who drinks milk with their coffee. All very good food and fast.
