I bought a sofa sectional this morning and the Costco staff could not have been more helpful when I discovered that the trailer I brought was far too small. They loaded and unloaded twice, then took the boxes into the back while I went to rent a truck. Then they loaded again—-all with smiles and helpful tips. So Costco—-well done on the hiring, but WHY no delivery option? Surely there must be lots of guys with trucks who could be contracted to do deliveries? But I love my Granger Costco.

After a quick trip to Costco today with my daughter and grandchildren... The battery in My Flex died. Costco employees went above and beyond to help us out. Jason from the Automotive department was super nice and more than helpful today! Totally appreciate him and everything he did.

Costco is always advertising “Hassle Free Returns” but when I tried to return a NEW UNOPENED product it was everything and anything but hassle free. They told me I needed a receipt since apparently it doesn’t show on my member account that I ever purchased it. Paying $120 for a membership I would expect Costco would have the capability of doing a no receipt return like any other retailer for a $10 item. All I can say is buyer beware since returns are not accepted without a receipt and their technology is so behind the times they can’t look up anything. Almost every time I shop here something is difficult about it the trip. And the poor customer service on multiple occasions really makes me think about if I will renew my membership or go elsewhere.

I recommend everything about Costco… The food court the gas station, the bakery, the meat department, etc. The customer service is outstanding, and their quality and pricing is unbeatable! One of my all-time favorite stores!!!
