I came to Costco today to pick up a prescription and they're not open what kind of drug store is not open on Sunday in 2020 so I have to give you one star or zero if I can

I bought a sofa sectional this morning and the Costco staff could not have been more helpful when I discovered that the trailer I brought was far too small. They loaded and unloaded twice, then took the boxes into the back while I went to rent a truck. Then they loaded again—-all with smiles and helpful tips. So Costco—-well done on the hiring, but WHY no delivery option? Surely there must be lots of guys with trucks who could be contracted to do deliveries? But I love my Granger Costco.

Food court does not require membership but the menu is limited currently to cheese or pep pizza, hotdogs, icecream, and mocha freeze. No chicken bake or combo pizza rn. I believe the limited menu is corona related.

After a quick trip to Costco today with my daughter and grandchildren... The battery in My Flex died. Costco employees went above and beyond to help us out. Jason from the Automotive department was super nice and more than helpful today! Totally appreciate him and everything he did.

Despite the tire center damaging my rims, I was able to speak to the manager who met me halfway regarding the costs to repair/replace the rim. I will be returning to Costco in the future as a customer.
Absoulutely garbage service and employees here. My mother sent me out to buy all kinds of things for her for her New Years party. I was tasked with buying meats, cheeses, crackers, and all sorts of things that would have most likely would have ended up costing over $400. When I went to check out I was told that I could not purchase the goods because my mother had to be there in person. My mother had multiple sclerosis and had asked me to help her out getting all these things for her party. I was made to leave the store and now my mom has to go back and purchase all the items herself. I was very rudely treated by a lazy eyed woman who claimed to be the manager. I think I was treated that was because I am younger looking. Absoulutley ridiculous experience. Would not recommend this Costco to anyone. 0/5 stars.

Costco is always advertising “Hassle Free Returns” but when I tried to return a NEW UNOPENED product it was everything and anything but hassle free. They told me I needed a receipt since apparently it doesn’t show on my member account that I ever purchased it. Paying $120 for a membership I would expect Costco would have the capability of doing a no receipt return like any other retailer for a $10 item. All I can say is buyer beware since returns are not accepted without a receipt and their technology is so behind the times they can’t look up anything. Almost every time I shop here something is difficult about it the trip. And the poor customer service on multiple occasions really makes me think about if I will renew my membership or go elsewhere.

Always try to find Costcos in my travels in order to get cheap gas this one was a little difficult to find I don't know why but they seem to make it hard off the turnpike for you to get information. The obvious reason is they don't want you to get off the turnpike. But it's a typical Costco with good prices for gas as well as shopping opportunities if you need things of high-quality items.

I recommend everything about Costco… The food court the gas station, the bakery, the meat department, etc. The customer service is outstanding, and their quality and pricing is unbeatable! One of my all-time favorite stores!!!
