Food was good but drive through is slow and the one taking the order is always rushing me, I'll tell you when I'm done taking my order you don't have to ask every 10 seconds if that's it.

Young man working the front was very nice and patient while I put in a long order. Took longer than expected to receive the food. Got home and one of our items was missing which disappointed my wife. Food was yummy though. Fast food sure is expensive now. The Curd burger is also out of stock which is one of the few reasons we went. #bummer

I will never eat at this Culver’s again. This Culver’s continuously only gives you half of the food that you order, and then refuses to refund you unless you come back in. They have offered to send coupons the three times that they have done this in lieu of a refund, and never have sent them. Tonight was the fourth time recently they’ve shorted me, and again an offer of coupons. I said no, and I drove all the way back, went in and got a refund, with a insincere apology. I hope you’re enjoying all the money you’ve stolen from me, Culver’s!

Culver's has absolutely the best deal in town. Four pints of their frozen custard for a little over fifteen dollars. If you have ever had midnight toffee and not thought it was fabulous, your missing a chocolate chromosome.

Culvers is a great franchise other reviews were indeed right about this location lacking in quality. First of all my butterburger was undercooked whilst other burgers at my table were overcooked. I'm puzzled how the inconsistency of the burgers varies so much. I'm not sure the manager (who was very inconsiderate and rude) on set cared to look at the quality of the burgers. The cleanliness of the location was horrible. The trash cans were filled for at least the whole hour I was there. The dining room was an absolute mess with napkins on the floor and dirty tables. To provide some context the restaurant was not busy at 8:30. Trying to get a kids meal at any age at this specific location is almost impossible, and the age limit of 12 is ridiculous. I used to work at Culvers you could be 50+ and we would still give out kids meals. It is not the fault of the employees who are just being told what to do, this location overall is poorly managed and I'd hate to bash on the managers but you really do have to take care of the Culvers name. I know the payroll is high and restaurants do have to turn a profit. I'd highly recommend other Culvers locations that are managed well. I do not see myself coming back to this location at all.

Very disappointed I ordered a cod sandwich for lunch today. I ate half of the sandwich before I got to the fish. Way too much lettuce and mayo everything just slid off the bun. The bun was twice as big as the fish. Wont order again.

I went to the granger location last night to get a concrete mixer. Waited 20 min for a cup of melted ice cream with candy. I didn’t even take a bite out of it and tossed it right in the trash. I called them and a girl answered I explained to her that they pretty much gave me a glass of milk with candy in it. She then asked me if I was still there and I said no I wasn’t. I told her the reason I was calling was to inform them that I had terrible service and tossed $6 cup of ice cream in the trash. She didn’t respond and I heard her hang up on me. So not only did I have bad service while I was there I also had bad service while calling them. Needless to say I won’t be going back there anymore.
