I do a lot of reviews. I would like to take a moment and point out the positive. The person waiting on us was very friendly and got everything correct on the order. Food came out as ordered and was on par with what you would expect from Culver's. The entire establishment was very clean even the bathrooms. I talked with other customers to see how their experience rated, and happy to say it was positive. The best part of my experience was when I watched the young man who was cleaning the entrance way windows stop what he was doing and hold the door open for a family that was leaving.

Lost Forever
My mixer came in a cracked cup. I wasnt given the sauce I asked for. The ketchup dispenser was super slow and cause a back up around the drink dispenser area. Someone was vacuuming right next to our table almost the whole time. Staff was mostly teens who acted like they were better than everyone else. I like culvers. But I will never visit this one again.

Food is very overpriced just to not get any sides. I mean $15 for a meal with a side though???!?!! And the drive through wasnt the best as well as having rather young looking people working who even though it’s probably not there fault don’t have good customer service.

Food was good but drive through is slow and the one taking the order is always rushing me, I'll tell you when I'm done taking my order you don't have to ask every 10 seconds if that's it.
