Wouldn't of bought 2 gravies if I knew I was purchasing 4 chicken nuggets instead of tenders! 😆

The staff is rude, especially Cherokee. Simple questions she had an attitude and spoke to us as if we were incompetent.

Stopped in yesterday with my toddler daughter to get a couple cones. After paying, they lady who took my order, (the same lady that was touching the register and other things) began making the cones. I noticed she did not have any gloves on, and her bare hands were touching the cone. I know its wrapped in paper, however, she did not hold the cone by that, but by the cones neck. I asked for the cone to be remade, to which she replied "I'm allergic, ill have someone else make them" Ok, that's completely fine. Just make sure they wear gloves. I cant figure out how a place that prepares and serves something a consumer is going to eat, can not wear gloves. DQ, if this isn't something you require of your employee's, it should be.

Chicken strips are at least tied for best around. Chilled dogs are grateful and so are the onion rings.

Was served a dipped cone. After biting the chocolate the entire ice cream inside was melted spilling all over my clothes and car interior. This is an unacceptable way to serve ice cream. Makes me think it was an old cone.

The atmosphere of this location is better than the food or service. Out of the two chicken strip baskets that I purchased all but two pieces of chicken we're slightly bigger than a chicken nugget, the Texas "toast" is nothing more than a warmed up piece of bread, and the gravy that comes with the chicken was only filled halfway and when you order another one they don't even give it to you. And when you get into a blizzard and the only toppings you have is on the first inch and the rest is just vanilla ice cream it's fair to say this was a disappointing meal all around!

High prices ($17 for two cones) for half the ice cream on the cones. No traditional crunch coat.

Went through drive through and when I got to the window and paid she rushed a drink out the window without securing the top and dump the soda all over me and the inside of my car which they replied sorry and that there was nothing they could do for me even after I ask to speak to a manager

My blizzard was so melted when they first handed it to me that when the lid was removed I spilled it all over me. It was runny and the extra toppings I ordered from what I could tell were not in there. The pretzels were hard and you could tell they had been warmed back up or maybe just over cooked. I threw a $8. Blizzard away because it was so melted it was worse than a shake. I'm so disappointed with the quality of the product that I will not be returning to that location. What a waste of a 20 dollar bill.

The service of the workers here should be noted first, as it was exceptional. They really do a great job and are so sweet!
Corporate should get a good look at how downhill this place is getting to be though. The umbrellas on the patio wouldn't open because the pin that goes in was missing from all except one. There's a good amount of water damage to the ceiling INSIDE the restaurant where people sit right below. And bar stool seats that need fixed and definitely aren't attended to. These poor workers deserve a place that is safe and put together nicely. I'm sure they have to deal with complaints consistently.
C'mon, this is Granger! If I had to guess, this store will be shut down within a year for not properly maintaining the property.
