Came to the Granger location specifically to get the new Crunchin’ Cookie dip. When we arrived the people behind the counter were reluctant to take our order. They were out of Crunchin’ Cookie dip and weren’t sure how long it would take to make the rest of or order, which was only 4 things (and two sodas). The Freestyle machine in the lobby was out of all of the regular soda and only had diet. Many tables were dirty. We got our food while we waited at the counter. We had one car in front of us and the wait time was around 5 minutes. The soft serve ice cream cone must have been sitting on the counter for that amount of time. It was soupy and soggy. No napkins given and the milk shake was not properly mixed. We spent $27.15. The staff was not very friendly.

I’ve been a regular at this Dairy Queen for years and have always ordered a small tap water alongside my food or ice cream with no issue. This time, I was charged $2.89 for a small cup of tap water—which is more than the $2.69 bottled water they sell. When I called to ask if it was a mistake, I was told this is “just their practice.”
There was no signage, no heads-up—just a surprise charge that makes zero sense. Charging more for tap water than bottled isn’t just ridiculous, it’s exploitative. I don’t mind paying for what I get, but I won’t support a place that takes advantage of basic decency.

These employees took over 20 minutes to make only two chicken strip baskets, they were cussing knowing we were here, very unprofessional. The food was cold because it sat out for too long because they were busy messing around behind the counter. Would not come here.
I really don’t like to be that person, but I was disappointed with the meal I got. The fries were very soggy and the chicken tenders so stale that we couldn’t eat them.

My blizzard was melting wasn’t made good at all the drive lady appearance was not great dirty shirt, dirty teeth and I don’t know if she was sanitizing or washing her hands. Normally I wouldn’t pay if I feel the ppl at a restaurant isn’t sanitary but I won’t be returning to this one at all..
